Where do you declare War against an AI player? I had an AI player declare War on me, and when I looked over this game, I see no where to declare 'War'. Since then I started up another game, and ain't that far yet.

No Ai updates? So it is still trying to build patrols at systems with 50 construction capacity, and colony ships at systems with 70 pop right next to the homeworld, in the early game? With construction times of 38 turns... Aww.

BTW, is it possible that I'm not seeing any explosions because of the default file extensions associations, in this case .pps (or is it .ppt?) with Power Point?

Did you try selecting one of his fleets or systems, and bring up the Contact Panel?

I thought the patch was going to be a full patch, including the 1.0.3 files?

I didn't have time to sort out what files needed to be in the patch and then worry about making sure it worked on the various releases of the game.
