This AAR follows the Komnenid dynasty starting from 1187. Once ruled as the Emperors of the Byzantine Empire, only a shadow of their past status remains. Now settled on the independent island of Cyprus this family of emperors tries to reclaim their lost status as a mighty dynasty. Surrounded by powerful enemies and overshadowed by personal quarrels and incompetent leaders it won't be an easy task.

Realm of the Wolf

Mount and Blade is a medieval role playing come war game set in a fictional land of six waring kingdoms. The player can trade peacefully, form his own mercenary company, swear allegiance to any of the kingdoms and various claimantant to the thrones, or try and go it alone and ultimately create his own kingdom.

My AAR tells the story of Kragen and Bryn. He is a commoner who would be king. She the abused child of a loveless father. Together they will try and bring hope to the lands of Calradia.

I recently decided that I will do an AAR for every Paradox title I own, or at least for every franchise. I currently have only three: two for Hearts of Iron 3 and one for Victoria. On of these is currently ongoing. But I already have plans for EU3, EU:Rome and Cruasder Kings, and I was thinking about Mount & Blade: Warband as well. (That's not really a PI title, but still.) I also have another very serious plan for a HoI3 AAR, but I need a lot of work to be done before that can start. Until then, here are my projects so far:

A showcase AAR for the HoI3 mod I'm working on: the Historical Plausibility Project. It follows the diary of FDR before and during the second World War. It ended with the base of the Axis moved to South America outside of the reach of the Allied forces... I guess I abandoned it out of desperation


My Fight Volume II - Yet another HPP USAAR

Kind of a continuation to the above. The premise is very similar but this one uses the Semper Fi compatible version of the HPP mod and I abandoned the diary style in favour of pure gampelay. There's a lot more to show in the SF version and I thought it needs more focus. If you are familiar with my other gameplay AARs, then you know what to expect


Hitler's gamble - An alternative German Strategy

I started this AAR after a thread I posted on the HoI3 forum, regarding a possible alternative strategy for Germany, in which they try and hold the line in the West and take out the Soviets before going into France. After some consideration, I decided to turn the idea into a character-driven AAR, using vanilla HoI3-Semper Fi, 2.03c.

It was a weekly affair, and became a bit more ambitious along the way than it was originally intended, ending up almost being an almost World Conquest.
