A) The Genghis Khan division was ordered to Ulan Bator, where the men received the "new" B6s, built in Russia.
When a division has a special name, like in the Whermacht, it means that the division is the elite of the army.
The Genghis Khan is the most important division in the mongolian army and was (under the command of General Kuliev/under Commander Kuliev)
B) The mongolian government got help from Mother Russia, who did not forget her ally
C) Russia starts the Great Purge

That was true, the November 30, 1938 Division Mongolian People Army, "Ghengis Khan" received the BA-6 Soviets.
The captain left Temujin to see their "replacements". Yes, they were changing times.

A more correct translation from the original Spanish AAR would have been "To surprise is to win".
And as I said in the Spanish forums, this is the real Mongolia, no that overpowered one with a crazy Russian Baron as leader
