What's your Hoi2 Speciality?
I can do testing, probably events too, after I look into the scripting language. Leaders & Ministers too.

What's your history "specialization" ?
I'm studying history and political life of south east europe. You can direct any questions you have about Balkan countries to me and I'll answer in something between immediately and 2-3 days, depending on the question. (after all I'm not a professor you know

)

What would you like to do for this mod?
I'd like it to be as realistic as possible, with the ideological struggle properly represented, with more meaningful diplomacy. I got the feeling that diplomacy played much more important role in the EU games than it did in the HoI games.

post-WWII military doctrine, history and technology.

What would you like to do for this mod?
Events to give good historical feel and perspective. Realistic military unit stats and tech trees.

Historical Spacialization: just like my balkan brother antonov ( i am a greek however :P), i study history of the nations, and i am specialised ( as you understand not in english :P ) in balkan-greek and middly east history)

I am specialize in the military history of the Asian Countries (China, Japan, Phillipines) since i'm from Indonesia, but i know quite well the military of the western nation and european.

I don't know how active this mod is. Kretoxian has actually offered some help with mine. My cold war mod is alive and well and growing! It is actually playable but not complete. (It has a tech tree. Chinese Civil war and Korean War are included and am working on the Indonesia war for independence.) Join me on my forum. See Forum link in my signature--Cold War Extension. Mine covers 1945 to 1969 which is the point at which vanilla compatibility runs out. Possibilities are for it to evolve into Cold War 2 covering 1955 to 1999.

I'm afraid that this mod is dead, or at least in a long stand by. However due to the fact that i made a lot of job specially in ministers i would not like to see all that job falling into oblivion and that's why i offer to pick whatever you want from here.
I remember that some ministers were hard to find, specially the ROC (Taiwanese) ones, that i transliterated their names without having a clue of Chinese!

If anybody is still doing anything with this mod, in answer to the questions-

- What's your history "specialization" ? (it's not necesary to have university knowledge about that period, with some amateur knowledge should be enough)

- Are you Specialized in some country's or International Organization's History? (if yes, which one?)

Feel free to bombard me with any questions relating to the political, cultural, economic, and military circumstances of Rhodesia (from about 1963-1980) and 1960-1990 South Africa. If your questions about Rhodesia are from the period of the Federation of Rhodesia and Nyasaland (1953-1963) then it will take one or two days for me to get you an answer.

Also, feel free to deluge me with questions regarding the Portuguese Colonial War (Angola- yes, Mozambique- yes, Portuguese Guinea- not so much so), in regards to military deployments, rebel movements, important events/people, etc.

Finally you're welcome to hit me with questions about the First Indochina War and the Algerian War.

If you want to ask me how I would incorporate the specifics/details of such historical events into scripted events, I'll gladly give some ideas/suggestions in that regard as well.

So basically anything dealing with-

South Africa and Rhodesia (any questions), Portugal (questions related to the military campaigns in the African colonies), and France (questions related to the war in Indochina and the war in Algeria).

If you have Warsaw Pact questions, Iran-Iraq war questions, or Arab-Israeli war questions (any of the Arab-Israeli wars), give me two days to find the answer in one of the books I have around here, and you'll have an answer.

If it makes any difference I have lots of pictures of the colonial wars in Africa. Mainly the stuff in Rhodesia, Angola, and Namibia. If those would be useful for game images or something, let me know and I'll try to scan and upload stuff.

Follow my own mod--see forum link in my signature. I think your skills will eventually become useful. Download it and see if you think anything needs to be corrected. I have assumed a prototype Warsaw pact in 45 even though I know everything was not finalized. We're working on the Albania-Yugoslav situation and if you have some concrete info on Yugoslavia's break with the USSR feel free to comment in my forum. I personally don't have any degrees in the area but have done a lot of reading.
