Vladimir, didn't the Serbs get the status of a national minority and lose the status of a constitutive nation after Croatia became democratic, but before it declared independence?Or was that after independence was declared?
Also, the American revolutionary war was fought because of the reasons most civil wars are fought (but only in the British North American colonies),it was British vs.British, yet nobody calls that a civil war.

Well, whole referendum issue was fake, proved later, but nobody cared. (in Croatia lived arround 42% of Serbs)

Simplification can be understood as intentional. Beware.

Could you provide a link (preferibly in English) about that? because the only source that i've found with data has been wikipedia and it does not say nothing about it.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Croatian_independence_referendum,_1991

Sorry if i offended you with the simplification, it wasn't my intention.

Kretoxian, this article from Wikipedia is good in most parts, but for example, it does not mention MASPOK nowhere, which was one of the first organisations that threatened Yugolsav order.

EDIT: Also, it is highly partial. For example, it quotes some phrases stated by Serbian leaders, while not quoting famous Croatian leader Tuđman's sentence (quoted from WWII national socialist leader Ante Pavelić):"One third of Serbs should be babtised 9into Catholicism), one third expelled, and one third Killed."

I know there were a lot of Serbs in Croatia before the war,and there still are, although in a lesser number, but in no way were they nearly a half of Croatian population.
Also, where did you read that the referendum was faked?

In some scientific books. And In a BBC documentary about war in Yugoslavia.

The BBC documentary was called "the Death of Yugoslavia"?

I am a bit bored now,so I could do some events, however I would like if someone could tell me about the event and its background, and I would code the chain.

You could take a look at the required event list that Foxbat made:

http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showpost.php?p=8582096&postcount=287

Remember to respect the ID ranges, yes i know i'm very repetitive but it's very important.

Or you could even take a look at these timelines:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_Republic_of_Yugoslavia_timeline

EDIT: Or you could even choose a timeline

In my opinion, player(sovet union) must make right descisions in those events:
1)Hungarian uprising(I don't know what exactly, but maybe support economic reforms of Yanosh Kader)
2)Prague Spring(Support Dubceck)
3)Construction of Berlin Wall(DO NOT construct and force DDR to make economic reforms)
4)20th congress of CPSU(Down with Stalinism)
5)War in Afganistan(?)
Each of tese descisions must make lesser the possibility of "Perestroika" and Dissolution of USSR(december 1991).
When I was playing the USSR in HOI2:Doomsday my politics were
Democratic 5
Left 10
Society 7
Free market 8
Professional army 5
Interventionalism 7
Satellites were the same and i think everyone was happy XD
And please don't forget to make First Chechen Conflict

Regarding the events, wouldn't it be more interested that during the Prague Spring to be an event which will trigger Ceausescu's(The Romanian president at that time) announcement of support towards Czechoslovakia?(=less dissent + better relationships with the west and worse ones with the east?)

small balkan idea events!

The infrombrio period was a time that created the Tito-Stalin split. It was the idea that Yugoslavia,Bulgaria, and Albania should be one country ruled by Tito. Stalin was outraged that Tito was moving so fast at unification that he refused it and was preparing to invade Yugoslavia after Korea. This event should fire off for Yugoslavia and the soviet union when the redrawing the border take place. There should be three options for Yugoslavia:No, we must remain neutral, let us create a super Yugoslavia, one Balkan state is what we need. . Afterwords a soviet event kicks of and states: refuse the proposal, yes proceed and create a super Yugoslavia, no this is an embarrassment to socialism, we must puppet Yugoslavia! If the soviets say yes an event for Yugoslavia that says. Great! annex the Balkan states we are granted to. If the soviets say no, Yugoslavia can go with 2 options: we don't need the soviets, annex them any way OR it's time to back down. For the puppet state event Yugoslavia can go with: Accept the soviet proposal and become a puppet OR our rights have been violated we must defend our selves. Then An event can fire for the US to: the soviets have completely violated Yugoslavia's rights we must declare war! OR let us hope the best and stay neutral. In the end all soviet puppets can be annexed and Yugoslavia can go after Greece and Austria. If Yugoslavia does any annexations it is automatically going to ally with the Comintern.
