2 pops of 40k are more productive and useful than 1 pop of 80k, for example (split isnt even i know but just an example). If you have say, 1 90k pop of craftsmen, it only fills up 1 factory slot, but if you split it enough you will have 5 factory slots filled, which outputs more stuff.
 
Sorry to have to call on you again Goti, but I face the same problem that OHgamer mentioned for the first versions. I downloaded the latest version right from VickyWiki. I didn't fiddle with the files before lauching the utility.

I get that this message too, with version 3.00. Sorry about the language of the error, though it shouldn't be an obstacle in this case as the text is generally the same as in the previous message?

Any solutions to this problem? I have gotten the exact same error. And I really, REALLY don't want to split them all manually anymore. It is just to tedious.
