The start of the month was quite successful. The allies in Germany were no big resistance (But they were no too many, so nothing to celebrate until we dont push them out of the Deutschland lol). I accidentally posted 1 battle twice. My mistake.
Well the second third of the month was surprising. First we have attacked Dresden. The attack was unsuccessful (Maybe it wouldn't if the Soviets would support me). After that attack, everything was running smoothly. Copenhagen and Gottingen have fallen fast. Just after the victory, over the allied forces in Gottingen, we have occupied the capital of Denmark. After I have occupied Hamburg (No resistance there), I saw something very terrifying. In the province Bremen, the Americans had more than 38 divisions. But the strange thing was, that they were not using them (Good for us. If they would, they would push us out of Germany, back to Warsaw and on). If we manage to take Bremen, Europe would surely fall (It would really help if the Russians would posses a nuclear missile. So we would be able to destroy the divisions easily. But hey, the game would not be interesting if victory would be sure right from the start.
Well the battles of this month were not very interesting. Well the Danish made their last stand in Odense, Leipzig has become a very interesting target for French panzer divisions (We held the city every time) and Gottingen just didnt want to fall.
In this month Denmark and Sweden have fallen. With that Scandinavia was finally under full soviet control. But because the high revolt risk in the occupied provinces (Mostly over 60%), the soviet high command has decided to create a marginal state of Scandinavia (Scandinavia with a changed flag) until the end of the war. On the picture in the background, you can see Soviet Berlin. The city is fully destroyed because the occupation and the reoccupation. No one started to repair the city, because the ongoing war (Would you repair your destroyed home, if you would 1-3 knew, that it would be destroyed again?). Well with the creation of Scandinavia, Russia could move over 40 divisions from Scandinavia and transfer them to the German front (We got back 5 divisions and there were some divisions of other Soviet allies).

World August 1946. Changes:United Scandinavia, as it seems the army of UK is not making such as a great progress as you toughed on the start since they have been pushed back and CHC deeper in Asia.

Juan_de_Marco-Why should I watch my industry in Central Asia!? I play as Poland. I have no influence on Central Asia and there is almost no industry in Central Asia.

Don't be too smug about those tech teams. Knowing Allies they have plenty if STR to bombard your industry back to Middle Ages.
Well I don't think you understood my comment on Chinese. The point of it was that their arm is probably obsolete and won't be much of a match for Allies. They made good progress only because they faced Nationalists who's tech is on par with communist.
But good progress. Only problem is it's mostly in the north.
Also I think the progress would be more obvious on European front if you used diplomatic map mode for taking screens of front.
Scandanavia can be a powerful Ally. And all of those divisions flooding into Germany will surely be a great asset.

The month began with the further proceeding of my troops into Gottingen. After the occupation we were heavily attacked by French troops. But we were able to hold the line. Hanover was next. The city was taken with little resistance (The Russian general leading the attack, reminds me on someone). It seems that nothing is able to stop us in Germany. Since we are penetrating the enemies ranks like in the blitzkrieg. In this month the most of the soviet troops (And other), in Scandinavia arrived in Germany. Only about 10 are still stuck in Scandinavia.
The allied forces in Ertfurt were quite a resistance. In the meantime the soviets have assaulted Wiliemshafen (The province has a border with Netherlands). Just after the occupation of Ertfurt, we were attacked from Schweinfurt. The position was heavily defended. And has fallen to the soviets only once (On the very beginning of the war). Since the reoccupation the position was heavily fortified (at least the divisions there were dug in). We repealed the attack. Some bad news arrived on 21 August. The troops in Bremen started an attack on Hanover. We were no match for the well trained and heavily advanced American troops (And see the detachments). But after that attack, the Americans didnt go on. The second bad news was, that the Soviet divisions in Wiliemshafen were encircled and were destroyed till the end of the month.
After many attacks from Schweinfurt, the Soviet high command has decided to assault the position. The position has fallen after a long resistance of the allys. The map represents the situation in Germany on the middle on the month.
In this month we have researched advanced infantry division. And another good news. Korea has finally fallen (Well the bad Korea- from the Soviet viewpoint). Now the soviets can concentrate only on one front in Asia. In the background you can see the defense line of the Americans in Schweinfurt, just after the battle. The losses were great on both sides (Well soviets lost more men since they were attacking. Im sorry that the Allies are mostly represented by Germans. But what can I do, if no one has till now come to the idea, that it could be cool, if the allies would battle the soviets WW2 style- excluding fantasy-alternative history games as Red alert and games which are happening about 20 years or more after WW2 as Operation flash point).
