KanaX - Thanks.

Deus - Thats an idea far worse than anything I was thinking. I like it.

nette001 - Nonsense our armies win by skill alone.

Ahura Mazda - Preposterous. I fail to see how that is possible.

Olaus Petrus - Surely you too take insult whenever anyone speaks ill of wool or sheep?

Trondheim - And everyone likes fuzziness right? Kittens are fuzzy.

Specialist290 - Nice to see you along here. Aye it was perhaps a mistake to take the on the leadership of the U(u)beks. But I realised it too late and I do like the countries flag.

Dearnen - An excellent plan.

Insanity Boy - Child labour? Excellent. This ought to cut costs.

Chief Ragusa - But of course. Do you mean to suggest there are others way to behave?

Charle_88 - Yikes, you're right.

kfijatass - I gonna let that comment slip for now and assume you are under the influence.

Murmurandus - Nice, WeWoWa has a good ring to it.

nette001 - SWEET? Awesome, that is indeed very good.

Shaybanid - Central Asia's Finest
As much as many of us would have loved to have simply run across the border into Persia and begun the customary rape, pillaging, shearing and burning that accompanies such an occasion some of the wiser, sterner members of society made sure we did not.
mongolian_woman_2.jpg

Bundingla, made sure we thought through plans properly. And no one messes with Bundingla on account of the mighty back hand she is able to deliver rather efficiently the the posterior

Well perhaps its just as well we checked.

Land tech of 14! That there be double figures. We don't be liking no double figures on ours enemies technologies.

200-tech.png

Ours is a mere 7 and 8 is years off. Couldn't we just go Enron on this and fudge the numbers? After all they're only numbers and we're not mathematicians.

Hooray a technology reformer!
203-damn.png

What? A naval one. Well that's just brilliant, just brilliant. What are a bunch of land pirates meant to do with naval tech.
202-great.png

Oh woohoo, did you hear what I just said? I know we have an abundance of salt but I'd prefer you not to rub it in the wound. We also have a lot of wool, that would be far better.

205-stable.png

You'd think given the amount of experts in stability in the region Central Asia would be exceedingly stable. But no at the drop of a hat everyone decides to lay siege to everywhere.

Wow, Persians sure have technological advantage. You need to field much bigger armies if you want to defeat them. And nice to see that you did progress in naval technologies, it's so useful to nomads.

Well, I'm pretty sure the Persians did go Enron on their figures, so why don't you go over there and check? ;)

Um...why is your naval tech keeping up with your land tech? Lock the spending on it to 0! Put the funds into other, more useful, areas. You been smoking the wool again? :D

Bundingla is looking funnily at me...

Dearnen said:
She saw what you were doing with the sheep.

(er..sorry..but when I see such an obvious target, I have to take the shot...it's a matter of principle.)
You have a twisted mind. I'd never do anything to those poor sheeps...or would I?

All aspiring nations needs the gentle touch of a woman. Or lacking that, the back of an old hag's hand.

Olaus Petrus - I am gonna need some seriously bigger armies.

Murmurandus - I think that may be a little risky as a means of finding the truth.

Dearnen - But i do keep it at zero, except the stupid High Chief keeps putting money into it, not much I can do.

Deus - Sheep cavalry will do a lot, but sheep are too precious to see them killed in action. I don't want to risk it.

KanaX - She's the Mona Lisa of Central Asia.

J. Passepartout - True, true....

GrimPagan - One needs the threat of the back to get motivated me thinks.

Update on the way.

Shaybanid - Central Asia's Finest
206-declined.png

We in Shaybanid have always placed a premium upon truth. If you can't have that what else is there? So we really must look into changing whoever it is that prints these things. Bengal have certainly not been faithful over the years. And this was is just pointless. Goodbye Bengal.

207-new.png

And errr, goodbye Pir too it would appear. Well as we land pirates have always said, "Out with thar old and in with Yar new". That doesn't make sense you say? Well how about "Turning ove-Yar a new leaf."? Even worse you say? Well we don't care, we pirates have no need for sayings. Yarrrr.

208-tech.png

Slowly but surely we're catching on them Persians. Kind of like the tortoise and the hare, we'll get there. We must pray though that the hare does stop for a break. Because if they don't......

209-nothingbetter.png

For crying out loud is there nothing better to do in Central Asia. Couldn't they just find a sheep to entertain themselves with?

210-fools.png

This time they go too far. It's time for war.

As is to be expected our armies were victorious time and time again. Soon peace was secured with all three combatants.
211-vassalised.png

Khazaks down.
212-vassalised.png

Chagatai down.
213-giveitup.png

And Mughals give it up.

214-tragedy.png

Unfortunately one of our finest also decides to give it up.

Go Yar! Yarrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.... :D

Two more vassals who will soon become useful productive members of the Horde and won't be sending spies against you. Shame your great general died, but such things happen even in so enlightened states as Shaybanid.

Rushes out to buy the Memoirs of General Yar - The Slayings of Yester-Yar. Groans all round. I hear its a stirring yarn.

Have you managed to removed all claims held by the Moguls on your lands? If not, I look forward to their becoming your vassals.

Duke of Wellington said:

They don't have any, you took all their sheeps, remember? :p

And why did High Chief Yarr only vassalize Kazakh and Chagatai?

Persians and Chagataiaiaians don't like sheep it seems, they might prefer llamas! At least Chagatai was vassalised.

I agree that Persia should be next one to be attacked. With a monarch like Yarrrrrrrr what could go wrong?

What's all this with vassals? Annex the buggers.

Duke, I've spent a very enjoyable day or two catching up here and now I am current. This AAR has given me a warm and woolly feeling all the way through, and no small amounts of laughs. The cat pictures especially. By the way - did anyone notice the mouse on top of that cat on top of the dog? That really made me laugh out loud!

All I can say now is - let's see some more. Deus Woolt!

Oh - and invade Persia. Go ahead and let slip the cats (and sheep) of war. ;)
