The mod will eventually be developed for AoD as a scenario by me.
 
I would actually think that a national socialist united scandinavia (consisting of former Danish, Swedish and Norwegian lands) would be more likely than that the states is just puppeted by Germany. At least that is what I've heard that the Danish and Norwegian Nazists planned during the German ockupation. Germany annexed never north Slesvig during the war, mostly cuz of the vast majority of danish people in the region. And it would not have been a good idea if they wanted to have good relations with a Scandinavian ally-state.

And what if South Africa keeped todays Namibia and annexed todays Botswana and Zimbabwe from the British and becomed a national socialistic state ruled entireley by the Afrikaaners? Break the British power over South Africa. Then of course, all non-boer leaders would "disappear" and all unit names changed to afrikaan ones. I would seriously think that it should have been possible with some german aid. And then Germany probably would think it would be better to let Southwest Africa (Namibia) remain a part of their Afrikaan puppet.

And France, the germans had actually plans to annex and colonize eastern france, more or less everything east of Paris to Germany, and pas-de-calais as a part of The United Netherlands.

The national Socialist Scandinavia with the capital Göteborg (Gothenburg) or maybe Copenhagen or Stockholm, should consist of the entire nations of Denmark, Sweden and Norway, including the Faroes, Iceland and the Åland isles, (this includes Slesvig) but perhaps parts of lappland (the Torne valley http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Torne_Valley and Norwegian Finnmark http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Finnmark) should be ceaded to Finland.

There are two big problems with that idea.
1) Sweden intentionally stayed out of the war and developed a strong commercial relationship with Nazi Germany. I suppose that after a successful war Germany could march into Sweden at any time, but why should they?
2) Many leaders of other nations, including some non-Aryans, supported the German cause because it would benefit their own national causes. Case in point are the Muslims of Palestine, Bosnia, etc., and Bose of India. It's more realistic to suppose that they had a large empire but were faced with the task of governing it--most likely they would just do like Stalin and have a bunch of semi-independent puppets, except for the land Germany clearly intended to colonize--western Russia. This is the way Fatherland was designed and I'll keep to that. The only problems Germany should have within Europe are:
1) potentially troublesome Britain
2) lingering but probably insignificant opposition in the Balkans
3) the strong chance that either Mussolini or Franco would be difficult to control, and either might do something embarrassing.

The flag you mentioned in the video won't be included in the mod for obvious reasons, and was probably an art flag anyway.

They are SKIF icons and you can search for their website or download my Cold War Extension and get an improved version of them (I've gotten permission to adapt the design, improve it and redistribute it with credit to the original authors)
YES Fatherland, while still in the developmental process, HAS indeed come to AoD--Version 0.18 of my Cold War Extension has this.
 
I cannot reproduce what you see. What version of AOD and Cold War Extension are you using?
 
You would have to use the CW extension because fatherland as I adapted it requires it. You should be using be using 0.30 or 0.31 for HOI2 Armageddon 1.3

If you're using some other combination it is a package I cannot give technical support for.

The version on page 1 of this thread is several years old, has been abandoned by its originators, and is not arma 1.3 compatible

I had forgotten about that bug. I've not been developing for Arma any more but did take some time out to adapt this for upcoming Darkest Hour. The adaptation should be backwardly compatible for Arma 1.3. Try it and let me know if you have any problems.

Rats! It seems as though HOI2 and DH are not 100% compatible. Give me some time to fix it. You might want to consider an investment in AoD. Fatherland is up and working on that platform. Unless the DH developers make some major changes the AoD version of my Cold War package will be MUCH better than anything I could deliver on DH.

DH has nice features but at present is not as well designed as AoD to handle the complexities of the Cold War weaponry.
 
I've been able to get my mod to work in DH but Fatherland crashes for some unknown reason. All my other scenarios work.
 
I tried that. Not only does it negate some of the changes intended by the mod but the scenario still crashes after 24 hours. None of my others do.
