This is a colonist report in NA. Colony became a city of 4000 population after that colonist. Must have been some kind of babyboom on the colonist boat
probably not, when a colony becomes a city the natives are absorbed into the popualation

Brittany, being still alive, decided to also try creating their own colonial empire starting from Greenland.
