This is probably fairly common, I'm not sure, but it still bugged me since I'm worried about losing my position.Saxony used to support me but I pissed them off somehow.
On an unrelated note, I HOPE 1.3 FIXES THE SUICIDAL AI. I am so tired of 10+ minors inviting me to crappy alliances just so they can DoW their uber neighbours the second I agree. Denying it kills our relations, and accepting it thrusts me into idiotic wars that I have zero interest in fighting. Best examples:
1. One province Corsica DoWing a Tuscany that controls every province on the Italian peninsula the second I ally them
2. Five province Venice DoWing a massive OE the second I ally them
3. Two province Norway DoWing a Sweden that controls all of Scandinavia... and has Austria and Lithuania as allies. Once again, they do this the second I ally them
The list goes on...

Someone had the Qasim Khanate in there HRE, but I thought a Protestant (although the only province they have is Shinto) Satomi could trump even that.

I once jumped in a pickup mp-game as mameluks which had been controlled by the ai before me and I was quite surprised to find a fleet of ~80 ships in the Mediterranean and another 30 in the Red Sea. What to do with all those ships when one is a land power?

be happy that their fleet is one big stack instead of 150++ 1-ship-fleets. it is not funny if you dont know how much ships your enemy has before attacking them

If I could work out how to post screenshots I would... but my biggest naval battle so far was in Korea Bay, where my Portuguese lost 27 ships (out of 51, mostly galleons) and sank 152 Manchu/Ming ships (mostly galleys).
If someone would kindly explain, in terms suitable for an aged technophobe, how to post a screenshot I'll do so!
