    No, it is probably the Divine Dice of Doom. Really, battles in EU3 are more about dices then armies.

    Sure there's a bit of luck, but army size and generals are important. If that kind of battle was common, it wouldn't be on the Strange Screenshots forum!

    I also wonder why so little gain in tradition. I have had some similar battles, and gain in tradition was almost always nice:

    So I play with them- just not really conquered all the way to Europe- I only conquered some, and made them a bit rich: Bihari empire (if you see it - ~70 provinces) is richer then 40 other richest countries of the world put together
