It appeared here a guy that got a mission accomplished and then appeares a lot of boxes saying that he won 25 ducats
*Shrug* They're an orthodox state next to Novgorod - in Europe - and they're a tribal federation. I guess that's the strange part.
I've seen an emerged Greece and Ukraine I think that were tribal states. What determines this?
They are tribal governments in the text files. (Which I believe is completely unrealistic.)
