I don't think Scandinavia was very urban back then, but each of those tiny provinces could easily have a village.And think, based on how many people are in each Scandinavian province in regular EU3, how many people are in each province in this mod. It certainly is. Usually they seem to manage only a thin corridor into Central Asia, not a big mass like that.

I had a similar screenshot... of England controling the Curia, but without a SINGLE Cardinal bribed... it surely had something to do with the Teutonic cloning Cardinalshmmm...
