Well know one, for me if it is -5C* in winter, it is a hot place.
Lowest temperature -5C?LOL!In my place which is close to FYROM the lowest last year was -30C*
In our area - Balkan and Greece - it all depends on whats the temperature in other areas. If its cold in Poland and Ukraine, it will be the same in Serbia and parts of southern Balkan, and if the heat wave comes from Africa, it will be hot, everywhere - so last winter weve had -20s (coming from Poland and Ukraine) and tomorrow we should have +34. Even in coastal regions during the winter you have snow etc, im not expert on Greece, but its like that in Montenegro which should be very similar.
well im near Athens and it rarely snows here but I have seen southern areas in Pelloponese (morea) to snow there.But we are a mountain country so...
Well said,in my region (extremly northen greece-border with FYROM)heavy snow stops around end of January and snow ends mostly around start of March while heavy snow begins middle December-end of November
Yes,it might barely snow but it can be freezing.We are not the warm paradise the tourists dreams.As I said we have lots of mountains,I can see them from my balcony

Strangest thing in that screen is that you're playing in terrain mod :O
If you meant "terrain mode" he is not. Scotland is yellow and Wales is purple.
I think he was joking, though I do understand the mistake. Lots of green there. Haha.
IIRC the cores for English minors don't exist at the beginning of the game.
