1 question... is your tech tukish, or eastern? If eastern, then you are quite doomed until you have like LT8-10(due to shock modifires at those levels and new cavalry at LT10). If turkish, then well... golden horde is going to be smacked.

AI Oman doesn't tend to expand, or get anywhere near that much money. Also, a human Byzantium would almost never get those borders, especially with the tiny gap in Ukraine.
