    So i've played all the big mods out there, DAIM, CORE, TRP, and Stony Road. I downloaded this one about 2 weeks ago and have not stopped playing it. In my opinion, the best one out there right now. One problem though is that by the the time you reach '41-'42, the game gets extreamly lagy, but still great. keep up the great work guys

    Hi there!

    Some smaler Problems / Bugs i've noticed:

    1) Doctrine "Schäe Musik" has to be "schräge Musik"
    2) Doctrine "Freie Jajd" has to be "freie Jagd"
    3) Escort Aircraft Name "Zertöster" has to be "Zerstörer"
    (yes, german is a hard to learn language...)

    4) the event that let's you chose if you want to accept expedition forces from other countries doesn't work with nat.spain as germany. Nat. Spain still gives exp forces to Germany even if it choses NOT to allow this. No Problem with other countries, this only occours with nat. spain.

    5) More events needed to forbid expedition forces from allied countries. Like Portugal, Scandinavia, Scotland and so on.

    6) some times the "french indochine to Japan event" doesn't fire after Vichy event triggers. Havn't found out yet when this happens, because sometimes it works like it should, sometime it simply doesn't fire.

    7) The new feature to give information about the strategy of your allies is absolutly great and it took me some minutes to figure out how you managed to code this. Great work!
    BUT if Japan is your ally this system gets really annoying after some time (mosty around 1942), when you start to get notifications every day about plans to invade Indochine, India, dutch east indies and the Philipins).
    This happend every time i played this mod so far. Doesn't happen with other countries, only with Japan as an ally.
    There seems to be a problem with the KI of Japan, that seems to change setflag command every day, even if that flag is already set.

    Hope i could help you improve this mod even more...

    My apologies if this is a common issue, but this board really lacks a search feature ...

    Anyway, I installed Mod34 on a fresh copy of HoI2-DD patched up to 1.3a, and when I try to run it, it says "Error in DB".
    If I continue nonetheless (Retry), HoI2 crashes.
    What am I messing up here?

    have you downloaded the correct version (not the arma one)?
    applied the correct no-time-limit patch?

    Isn't the installer one-for-both?
    It had a checkbox for Armageddon, which I left unchecked.
    Time patch was applied.
    After uninstalling and copying back folders I had backed up previously AND going back to the .exe the timelimit patcher had saved, the game would STILL refuse to work.
    I'll reinstall tomorrow.
    Would love to get to solve the issue, though, because the mod sounds very intriguing...

    I downloaded the latest version for DD. Is no music normal, or did I ruin something when I installed? Other than that, this mod looks fantastic! But I would like sound...

    Actually my problem was no music was playing at all, however that is through no fault of the mod, just my base program being goofy. Like I said, excellent mod though!

    Where are the event numbers that ask for the full alliance in the SCW? the germans and italians are accepting it in every game and i need to lower the ai chance of acceptance.

    I specialty love the tech tree ^^

    About the tools: When closing, there still in the CPU memory and still active. It probably easy to be fixed. :P

    I'm having a little problem with it ATM:

    I am currently playing my 1st game with it as Germany. Situation like this:

    After conquering Norway i released it as puppet not via "Liberate", but via the event to set it up to form Scandinavia later. Then after conquering Sweden, the game always crashes during the event chain when choosing to form Scandinavia or a few days later (i guess it depends on when the event that causes trouble fires).
    Just introduce a woman, - Conspiracies succeed; - Of soldiers or their weapons, - There really is no need. - They fought their bloody battles, - And doughty deeds were done; - but in a garden summer house - The victory was won.

    The Soviet Union can't build CAS planes at all in the mod. Game crashes as soon you mash the button to build them. Don't know about rest of the countries, but I do know the US and Japan can build the CAS. Wanted some of these, but it really won't matter because my ground force will be MORE than enough to crush Germany AND the Allies. Other than this the mod is wonderful. Not playing any other version of game right now.

    Need it to easier edit one thing, for an already done AAR. :P

    Have people had success getting the no-time limit (last part of the mod34 install process) to work with Arma1.1? Every time I select the Doomsday exe, it says "Incompatible Version" or something like that.

    It only lists up to Arma 1.0a as being compatible, and I downloaded what I thought was the latest version on the first page here.

    And I'm not sure if the "no time-limit" patch affects this, but when I started my first game, the date was in October of '34, but when I went forward one day, it skipped to Jan 1, '36.

    EXCELLENT mod, by the way! I'm really enjoying it.

    I made an attempt build CAS for the USA and Germany - all works. Does it can problem only the USSR? To me interesting to know, how to build CAS for the USSR. You will be sorry me for my English - I do not know this language.

    play this mod for the first time and i have to say it´s great though there are 2 things which are a little annoying ..

    1. daily lag. everyday at 16 o clock i get a short lag which usually is a sign for the ghost fleets bug but i searched the whole map and can´t find any .. so what is the reason and what can i do against it ?

    2. since i´m playing germany i got following problem. neither anschluss nor the munich treaty event fired.. and i don´t know why. what could be the reason for this ? and do you know the event number so i could fire it manually?

    but still thx for a great mod and the effort you put in it to make us happy

    The first question, I've got no clue what's causing the problem. Don't have it.

    The second question, you can't be at war as Germany and recive those events.
