My AARs at ink well.
And so my week as a demi-god draws to an end. Thank you once again to everyone who offered their congratulations and to El Pip for the honour.
I have thought carefully as to my successor. I can think of a good dozen people who I frequently see making a tremendous contribution to my favourite AAR's but I thought that the time had come for the award to emerge from the cocoon of the Butterfly Effect alumni and spread its wings to travel into the wider community. I also decided to give it to someone who has not previously been acknowledged here.
It is therefore with great pleasure that I nominate Sweboy as Fan of the Week. A relative newcomer (well, 2 years seems new to me), a fan with perceptive comments and a wide range of tastes in AAR's. Congratulations and good luck.
