did you convert it to .bmp?

I think the black and white square means the game isn't reading it as the shield for that country. Maybe the tag name is wrong? As for the flag moving weird, beats me.

BTW: Does anyone know how I change the "UNKNOWN STRING WANTED" in the first screenie into "Aragon"? I've made U03 for Aragon and I've already changed this in the worldnames-file.
