The flag, shield & counter for the flag you just posted is the flag used in the 1914 mod. If you download that, you can have that flag, and any others that take your fancy

Are there any programs, which can generate unit icons (NATO icons,... icons which are situated on map instead of sprites) based on shields or/and flags?

I need lots of such icons...

imho the 2nd crimea request looks a bit poor so i upped some other crimea flag for you (it's not made by me i ve taken it from 2RP mod

)
