btw, for some reason the shield doesn't seem to be working...when i go to the scenario it has a blank space where the shield should be. any ideas?

For the graphix to work under hoi they should be 24bit bmp files. the files provided by Spitfire are .jpeg. You can convert them to bmps but some of the quality of the picture will be lost.

Sorry I have been gone for a week. Last weekend my chess team and I were at the State Tournament. We ended up taking 2nd in our division, which was a bit of a disappointment as we were going for a third straigh title, but overall it was a good weekend.
This past week all my spare time has gone into finishing up a yearbook cd-rom for our local ice hockey association which goes on sale tomorrow at the arena as we take out the ice, boards and glass.
Hopefully next week I will be back around the boards regularly and start doing requests again.
