First thing: Belarus

name = "16. 'Ul'yanovskaya' Strelk. Div."
and

name = "22. 'Krasnodarskaya' Strelk. Div."
are innappropriate.
Both are named for cities not in Belarus, not to mention Ul'yanovsk is named after Lenin and Krasnodar means something along the lines of "red gift" and is definitely post revolution.

name = "3. 'Tihookeanskaya' Strelk. Div."
I never heard of this Tihook, but for safety we can change it to a random number.
In fact, Belarus shouldn;t have the 180-182 divisions since it's a tiny land.
Now if you only could remind me where the oobs for the non created armies are, I could get started on those as well.

Very much looking forward to this Mod. My only problem is that for some reason I cannot download it from file share. No matter what I try it always says invalid download session. Did this for another file I was trying to download as well.

In any event any chance I could get an American player to send the completed mod (upon release) to me on CD? I will pay for the CD, postage and any "Handling" fee. Would prefer a person with a paypal account to make it easier.

Thanks!

Now, I'm absolutely loving this scenario, but yesterday I came across something odd. When I looked at the German head of Gov, Hitler(?!) was in power. Was this an event I had overlooked or is this a bug?

A bug :) The build is a very early alpha so little things like this are fairly commonplace!

OK, just making sure... oh yeah, and another question: Would it be possible to have Trotsky show up somewhere? Y'know, something along the lines that he survived the civil war and is attempting to spread Communism elsewhere? Just a thought, otherwise, the game's looking good!

I don't know... seeing how our timeline went Hitler taking power might be more than a "little bug"

Hehe, easy enough to fix I mean ;) Trotsky is fairly outcast in this timeline I think, Syndicalism is the movement that's happening.

It's pro-workers, as their syndicates are their version of communites.

One thing I'm confused on- what exactly is Syndicalism? Is it pro-business or pro-labor?
It is a socialist movement, but differs from "normal" socialism/communism by favouring trade unions over parties. They believe more in strikes than political action.

Either way, the extreme Left-wingers are "Bolsheviks" in this game. And afterall, it is Trotsky... he can show up anywhere. Maybe some sort of revolutionary event in siberia as an event for Russia? Or perhaps even an event for the Caucus region as a government change in Georgia and an attempt to rekindle the revolution? Either way, he's a fairly flexible fellow. He can be encorperated into a timeline pretty easily. Oh yes and another few things I have a question on is exactly why Albania is a puppet of the Turks, and how are the German parties going to be incorperated? Is there going to be an election-gone-wrong (Spanish Civil War style) or some sort of general Germanic revolt?

Hi folks :)

I am too working on events concerning the Ottoman empire (as i stated i would some days ago).
In contrast to KaiserBenjamin my stuff is only fiction based :)

Basically i started two event chains, one moving the ottoman empire in a modernization chain (Far far related to what Mustafa Kemal Pasha did) and one where they try to go back to the borders (and glory) of 1815.
Both chains eventually lead to some diplomatic clashes over the Suez canal with germany. Remember that the ottomans tried an attack there in WW I when it still was under british control, but their attack was repelled.
In addition there are some events concerning unruly population parts (like the aran tribes) and some misc events (Like building a pilgrims railroad from Istanbul to Medina, the electrification of the cities, resending of german leaders like Friedrich Kress von Kressenstein who already fought for the Ottomans in WW I as part of the military modernization plan, etc.)
So maybe we could at some time in future do a merging of both ottoman empire stuff (mine and KaiserBenjamin's) ;)

Unfortunately i am moving to a new flat so it'll take some time until i can post something :(
