Well, you'll never find satisfaction then. The Mod wants to have an open ending because we want each game to feel different. Sometimes the USA wins, sometimes the AUS, sometimes the CSA. And you can spend much more than 3 hours reading Kaiserpedia, to find out what happened between 1917 and 1936: how the Commune of France, Union of Britain and Socialist Republic of Italy were created, how Germany created Mittleafrika and AoG, what happened to the British Empire in 1925 and so on!
