The PSA event to give conquered provinces in the ACW to the victor doesn't work. I just had the CSA win, a couple events fired (One for the PSA intending to give the territories back and another one for the CSA "integrating" the territories under PSA control) but only the core thingy worked.

Thanks, I think I've found the bug.

Many questions this time:

On Bosnia: the current Bosnia represents the territories of the old Austro-Hungarian condominium of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This condominium didn't include Dubrovnik or the Dalmatian coast, which where Croatian/Hungarian before the aquisition of Bosnia by the Austrians. Bosnia will stay as it is.

On the E3-map: we are not planning to convert, although I remember a third party effort to convert it. IMO it adds provinces that are irrelevant to the Kaiserreich world.

Question from the team to you all:

A big complaint by many players was the lack of elections in the varying democratic nations besides the first elections early in the game. Currently I am working hard to add more elections for the USA, democratic Japan and a more complex chain for Germany. I am planning elections for Kingdom of Spain and the Pacific States. Perhaps I will throw in some Scandinavian elections too if I'm feeling active :D. However, my knowledge of all these countries is somewhat lacking at times. Therefore, feel free to comment on the suggestions I give here.

Postwar Spain (kingdom of Spain won)

- Elect Christian Democrat: Gil-Robles y Quinones
- Elect Left: no idea who (most leftwingers are in the CNT-FAI)
- Elect Radical: Primo de Rivera (national populist)

Pacific States (if they remain democratic)

- Progressive Party (Frank Merriam)
- Republican Party (Earl Warren) - I'm thinking of a new name for the party
- Socialist Party (Upton Sinclair)

Feel free to suggest more...

My edits in bold.

are you planning to left wing radicals or syndies for Japanese elections?

The Japanese elections will feature conservatives, liberals and socialists.

However, to spice things up I will try include the flaw the Japanese Taisho-Democracy had: the government had to resign when a minister abdicated and the Army and Navy got to appoint the Ministers of War and Navy.

In gameterms this will mean both army and navy have to choose between a moderate and a radical minister after every election. Two moderates means this system can be abolished, a moderate and a radical means dissent, two radicals means trouble.

@ KaiserMuffin.

Your suggestions are noted. Hughes can be a nice addition to PSA :D.

The starting NP guy is General Hap Arnold AFAIK. The PSA can choose between military dictatorship or civil adminitration just as the US can.

Yes, they can, though Hughes as a NP HoS would be nice twist (I <3 hughes. He was so crazy awesome...)

Quick question:
Does anyone know the event codes for the Russian civil war off the top of their heads?

My suggestions:

But seriously guys, read my suggestions in the Kaiserreich forum.

Thanks for the suggestions Báron Rojo. Unfortunately none of the current devellopers has admin status on the kaiserreich forum, leaving the board very cluttered. Took me a while to find the post you referred to. Your idea's are noted though.

Howard Hughes is I believe already included in the PSA minister file!

Indeed he is. Currently I am considering if making him a possible HoG is crazy in a good or a bad way.

Quick question:

They are very easy to find. Just look at the events in the map db/events/kaiserreich/russia

Why don't Sarmatia post so much here? :)

Sarmatia (and most other initial devellopers) quit develloping this mod a long time ago. Since then several others have picked up the task of improving the mod even further. The kaiserreich team is dynamic and constantly changing, with many devellopers coming, leaving and returning to modding.

Thanks, should come in handy for spicing up my current game a little!

Keep up the great work.

How come whenever the second Russian Civil War ends just as it begins? Germany sometimes doesnt even do anything and seems to inherit all of Western Russia in a few days?

word percent should be removed in description cause you already have % and fix text continuity( is that right word?)
also there was major battle on Croatian land, Istria. On all 3 battlefronts( Serbian, Russian and Istrian) we only give a damn there. OK Istria is part of Venezia but it should be mention.
And propaganda should be change since it was made by Ustashe who shouldn't exist in mods "dimension" and they don't.

Do I have to say what's wrong with this pictures?
No, I don't mean what Zagreb doesn't have own picture and topbar is Austro-Hungarian flag.

Also Croatia should be more advance in military and navy since they are part of Austro-Hungarian Monarchy. Reason why they weren't after WW1 in real life is because they were on loosing side of war and got screwed.

And Montenergo is not Croatian national province nor Osijek for Serbia.

Oh and there is a limit for music and for lobby is 1 song.

@ LOLKATS - youre welcome.

@ Zeldar 155 - we hope to remove most of these core problems in the next version. Unfortunately it is very easy to miss one during coding.

@ Xesan - the problems with both the Russian revolution and bitter peace with Germany are known and unfortunately very hard to pin down. Will try to look into it.

@ Mesina2 - I will look into the Croatian text and pics, but fixing propaganda is low on our to-do list.

I've noted the core problem. Agree Osijek shouldn't be Serb and Montenegro shouldn't be Croatian.

As for Croatian tech-levels, they will stay as they are. Officially, this Croatia doesn't have an official army. The units present represent a homeguard. I don't think either the Austrians or the Hungarians are incligned to share their best weaponry with a part of the Empire that isn't supposed to have an army.

The music in the lobby is indeed limited to one song, just as with vanilla-HoI2.

My bad, I meant that Croatia has advance tactics not weaponry. Also I think Croatia should have infantry instead of militia and not have German names.

@ Mesina2 - The Croatian militia's are representing the local homeguard. These wouldn't have the training, command structure or equipment a regular division would have. The Austrians and Hungarians would profit from a weak Croatia, so I believe they would keep any military recourses out of their hands.

However, I agree Croatian names would be more proper. Can you give me Croatian names for these homeguard?
