Yup. In the soviet foreign policy event file

event # 757009

If you choose action c = "It is time to liberate all the oppressed of Eurasia!"

Then you get cores on a boatload of stuff including greater poland which includes province 303 = danzig

Ironically you can do this and still have full free market sliders. Makes for quite a powerful "socialist" russia lol

I've been trying everything I can imagine to get Kaiserreich working. I've tried both installation methods multiple times. The best result I've been able to get is that the colors of some of the countries and their names have changed to correspond to the Kaiserreich ones. Any ideas?

I've followed all the instructions given for both methods. Is there a step that isn't detailed?

The Kaiserreich Scenario is not displayed as an option. It just displays the classic, doomsday, and Armageddon scenarios. I can't seem to access the Kaiserreich scenario. Not even the Kaiserreich music plays when I use JSGME.

Today I was watching the most current incarnation of the ACW, with the PSA annexing the USA. Puerto Rico went to it by default and that had got me thinking. Why not, when the civil war starts, have the Caribbean Federation grab it like Canada does with Alaska and New England?

What about battle scenarios? Do you see them? Kaiserreich is usually quite far down the list, as they are sorted alphabetically.

Are you sure you have all the Kaiserreich files copied over in their correct directories? It won't work unless your Kaiserreich files replace the vanilla ones.

That's the thing. The classic battle scenarios are there, but no Kaiserreich. It's not there. As for the Kaiserreich files, I downloaded the mod and had config, gx, scenario, and db folders that I used to replace their Kaiserreich counterparts. The result was a name change and a few color changes. The music did work when I moved that into its correct folder.

Just curious, if Russia takes Alesh Orda and that other southern country should there be a option for a unified state of the two or getting cores on the northern one? Alesh orda pulls together with the corsak nation when you try to start a war. Or a Finland event i guess.... hmm maybe i should just be happy with what i have seeing as you guys seem to be busy and short of manpower.

I don't think that Asiatic tribes of Turkmenistan and Kazachstan would be happy to see Russian rule coming back, so no cores.

Or a Finland event i guess....

You mean Russian- Finnish war? We could add it in next release, for now we have more important things.

Hey guys, I installed Kaiserreich and I love it.

However, I am having a problem. I installed the "soft" way (MODS folder, JGSME). Normally, I have a working shortcut with the WINDOWED tag to run the game in windowed mode after binkplay finishes, and it works fine. However, after I installed Kaiserreich, I get a Critical Video Error and CTD after Binkplay finishes, regardless of whether I ESC it or kill it via task manager.

If I run it without the WINDOWED tag, it works fine.

I'd like to run the game in windowed, anyone got a solution? I've got Windows Vista x64.

EDIT: Silly me, I had desktop video at 32 bits. Works fine once I set it to 16.

viader I'm very curious about your SKIFF icons set for Kaiserreich as I have actually created something of my own set (although its more of a mix-match of other different SKIFF icons). The problem however is that I can't read a word of Polish and downloading those files are alot harder then I expected. Could you either spoon feed me by telling me exactly what I need to do on this page or could you upload them again but on another site that is in English? I've spent the last 20 minuets or so on a free translation site but to no avail...

Alright, I got a question. I know France is highly revanche, but what can prevent Syndie France from launching WWII? Is there any real way to get France to give up A-L?

Only if you play as France. The event is coded with only 1% chance the AI will not press claims at all when the event for the ultimatum fires off.

I have no idea of Polish too, but after staying a long time in that web, clicking everything ... finally I found the download link:
is the grey circle at the botton where you can read "pobierz"

Happy new year

I suppose that is the case if you really want a WWII, but to me, that's a bit disappointing, since I would like at least a small chance at world peace. Do the Kaiserreich project accept modders? I could attempt to change the event so that there is the possibility of a compromise option to appease the French revanchists?

Ooops, I forgot that it's on Polish site. Today or tommorow I will put it on English site.

Frankly I don't see point in evading World War II.After all this mod is about World War II (but in different setting :p )

I installed this mod and I really love it. After I donwloaded it, I haven't played with the original game :D
But I have some problems with the mod, and all of it are historically. These are mainly about Hungary. First of all, the regions of Hungary:

Craiova belongs to Hungary but is shouldn't. I dont know why you gave to them because its a part of Romania. In real history when Romania lost the war against Hungary in 1916 they didn't have to gave in a lots of territory just some border cities and villages and some forests.
Osijek(or Eszék is Hungarian) belongs to Croatia. It wrong too, because before the Treaty of Trianon it was a separate region called Slavonia. It was a part of Hungary and there should be.
Bratislava(or Pozsony) has more victory points than the capital, Budapest. An other mystery for me.
Timisoara was one of Hungary's big industrial territory and it was very rich. It should have more IC (at least 6-7).

Than a small problem with the relations: Hungary has an unfriendly relation with Poland. I dont understand why. Poland and Hungary were always were friendly towards each other. For example Hungary helped Poland after World War I in the Polish-Russian war with millions of bullets and with weapons. And IRL Gömbös had so good relations with the polish officers that they would have sent troops to Czechslovakia if he had asked them for it.
And relations with Bohemia is too friendly. They should have it around 0 because they didn't liked each other very much. Bohemians wanted trialism while Hungarians were up to keep dualism.

Most of Dalmatia should belong to Austria(exept Rijeka).

I think that's all for now. Thank you for reading this :)
