note: this is just a plain blank shield, and it could be replaced by one that is more elaborate with its own heraldry, etc

Sounds well thought out once more- excellent :) This mod looks like it's going to be fantastic :D

As for the flags, I think the shield is best left out myself! Seems far too feudal...

Many thanks - this also means that most of Britain's tech-teams have to be renamed (and also France's too...).

And I actually prefer the flag without the shield as well - it might obscure the symbols a bit on the flag too. So, the original design is still probably the best!

The game will run from 1936 to 1948, same as vanilla, but I have made changes to history dating back a couple years.

I will consider splitting New Zealand, or giving it all to France.
 
i was wondering, as it takes like 46 minutes for me to be able to start to download the files for this mod, could you post the pictures of the post-ww1 German democratic leaders etc, so i could use them....as you remember a while back i said that Germany (GER) needed real SC,ML,SL ministers etc....so could you find it possible to post the minister pics so, i could use them etc.....seems strange, but i'd be greatful if you send me them, or even just post them..thanks a lot, great work your doing, well done...looks excellent work!

Oh, boy more stuff :) Unfortunately I have a backlog. :( I owe some stuff to Enterprize for his Turtledove Mod, and promised a Weimar skin for Iaminacitus . . . but the Monarchist India and SRC sound like fun! Isnt G5 going to die too soon though ?

In any case, I have never promised 1st come 1st served, its a bit of 1st inspiration first served ;) . . . . so we'll see who's request hits the first spark in my fuddled, cold plugged brain. Unfortunately tonight we have a parents meeting during my son's hockey practice so I don't have much time tonight. This weekend I have another all day chess tournament on Saturday and then my son has a big hockey day, they have an away game in the morning, and then everyone is going out for lunch and to watch a semi-pro hockey game and then skate with the pro players for a while . . .

I was going to use the flag you just done for Canada (it fits), though I would need a different counter (and a skin of course).

As to Monarchist India, it is basically like Kaiserreich where the monarchists fight on from Canada, but in my mod they govern from Calcutta in India. When G5 dies there are events to crown G6 (in which case it ups the aggression with Facist Britain) or the facist Edward VIII (which sees a breakup of British Empire away from the facist regime. There is also events for control over the suez and facist South Africa making a tri-partite pact to carve up India's (the Empire) African possesions.

I am currently using one of your GB skins as monarchist india, but I would love a India/Empire skin and flag set (I just dont know what that flag set could be though). :(

Though the flag is wonderful and based off Italy's 'old' flag, I have reservations about the white again... how about (these could be anyone's generic flags tbh)

BTW, what program do you guys use to make flags? I'm stuck butchering your designs with paint atm... I'd love to be able to come up with something of my own if I could...

Paint, with the occasional help from GIMP. Flags of the World site is irreplaceable when it comes to my flagmaking. I bet my parents would freak out if they saw my folder full of various extermist flags which I have then butchered suitable for the mod. :rofl:
