I see what you're trying to do. There just isn't a point. If you want to modify KR for your own uses, and even put up a download link (as long as you give credit), nobody is stopping you. But don't force others to change the very foundations of the mod.

Anyway, once we start changing the basics of Austria and Italy, why stop there. Why not change France, Britain, Russia and China? Because its been decided - for better or worse the debate is over. If you want to change the mod, good for you. Nobody's stopping you. Spread your wings and mod to your heart's content. Just don't pass it off as the "official" KR, and give credit for work that isn't yours (like the Compendium Mod).

I am tired at explaining all over it again, again, especially the thing with Moldavia, it stays at it is and no one, not even I can/will change it, all the setups will stay there at it is, as to 1. We have discussed the pausible way of it turning out! 2. If we change something, then it must be written, then coded, then Visualised etc. all more extra work!

Just don't respond anymore. If he wants to work on his own, nobody's stopping him. But its not use arguing, since there simply isn't a debate.
 
Something to consider regarding Austria-Hungary is that the point of departure for this mod is the start of 1917, in the decision of the German High Command not to implement unrestricted submarine warfare (& thus the USA never enters the war). Austria-Hungary's position at the start of 1917, while hardly ideal, was a lot better than the situation in 1918. Moreover, without the Americans in the war, you don't have any pesky Wilson self-determination ideas fanning the flames of ethnic rivalries. It really wasn't until the latter stages of the war that the nationalist problem in Austria-Hungary truly got out of hand - IMHO, the point of departure, & the consequences of no American intervention coupled with German victory, are sufficient to make it plausible that Austria-Hungary survives the war.

About India: I player a game as Bengal and united India, but im still at war with the Entente- they won't peace because they are a main alliance, im forced to use a cheat. Maybe an event so after the fall of India and months of no reactions from the Entente peace can be concluded with Bengal or Princely fed.?

I'm with you on that, though I first speculated the thought that the war in India could reflect the second Weltkrieg as a whole. Princely Federation would join Mitteleuropa, Bengal would join the Internationale and they all go at it after everyone is a part of a main alliance.

General_Grant-Well Fatherland (Old one) has far more flaws as the Kaiserreich MOD, just couldnt resist.

For the time being, Sarmatia is not working with the mod, since RL workload and Andromedos has taken over as General Secretary!

Yeah, that's the point of departure - see, for example, this summary of the war. The collapse of Austria-Hungary might have been inevitable by the spring of 1918 (IIRC, the first major mutiny was in the navy in February 1918), but IMHO it was not inevitable in the spring of 1917.
 
As I am currently playing Mittelafrika, so I have made some changes to the OOB of Mittelafrika.

There might have been special reasons for this mix of German and English names, but I made the names as German as possible.

Maybe this can be added for a next update, if not then no harms done :)

1. Gave the 'regular' division German names (1. instead of 1st and Mittelafrikanische instead of Mittelafrikan)
2. Changed the name of Askari Rifles fo Askari Schützen Division
3. Gave the Militia-units Germanised names, except of the Outer Heaven Warlords, since I have no idea why they are named that way.
4. Downgraded the cavalry-kampfgruppen to level 1 (was 2) and the attached AC-brigades to level 0 (was level 1). There may have been a special reason why they were so 'modern' but it looked kind of weird.
5. Fixed one typo in Landswehr
6. Gave the airunits Germanised names (Kommando instead of Command and I. Gruppe instead of 1st Group)
7. Gave the fleets Germanised names
8. Changed the name of the BB Karl Peter to Carl Peters, since that was his German name
9. Changed he name of the other BB to Lüderitz (forgot what it was originally, but I think the name Lüderitz was meant)
10. Changed name of the CL Gross-Friedrichsburg to Groß-Friedrichsburg
