Kaiserreich: Legacy of the Weltkrieg - Global Alternate History Mod for HOI2

As far as I have seen in few games, Ukraine is not too interesting place in Kaiserreich. Though I haven't played with itself. Could Kaiserreich team consider implementing information from this place - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Makhnovism - in Kaiserreich's timeline? It would be very interesting to see something of those anarchist ideas, that would surely be popular in Ukraine, if Reds would not bother Ukraine. Otherwise, great work on the mod!

I'm currently playing this fantastic mod as germany and now I have a few questions (If they have already been asked, I'm sorry):

1. I annexed France and puppeted it by event. But the new nation (U08) seems to have only one leader or so. Are more leaders going to be added in later versions?

Is there going to be events for Canada after it annexes Union of Britain? Would be nice if capital would move back to London because after the fall of UoB next logical attack direction would be France or Germany. Its annoying to move all new troops you build from Canada to Europe.
