JSGME goes into Doomsday, no subfolder or such but the main one where files such as HoI2.exe and editor.exe is located (I'm assuming that you're using DD and not Arma).
The contents of Kaiserreich_Beta_IV.rar are to be extracted into a sub-directory named "MODS", which you may or may not need to create yourself (The simplest way to do that is probably to change the target directory of the extraction from Doomsday\Kaiserreich_Beta_IV to Doomsday\MODS)
I hope the above works, otherwise I shall have to leave you in Andromedos capable hands

After rechecking my model images I notice that some if it don't show up! But I have found the problem you just have to rename the model file to models! I forgot the s! Stupid me for not checking it through!
I think I will upload it again or you just have to rename it yourself to extract it correctly!
Playing UoB now... Kinda fun, especially the names. And it's quite different, to play a socialist country other than USSR Only one thing pains me - the Spitfire visible on UoB skin. Technically, it's OK - a British fighter on a British skin... But why the heck it has Polish Air Force emblem on the fuselage, huh?

i dont know if it is me but i just downloaded the mod, skins and hot fix to play, started out as russia. wanted to change my land doctrines to a blitzkrieg but am unable to. i can not abandon any techs to change. and there are no techs i can research to increase my current doctrine. i hope that makes sense.

Russia will have to go without any land doctrines until an event which pops up in may of 1937 and which allows you to choose between the four different schools (Blitzkrieg, Fire Support etc.), as well as either giving or removing dissent, waking one of the land doctrine tech teams and affecting your Drafted-Standing Army slider.

Russian land techs will be unlocked through events! Choose well cause you can't change it later a game thing not the mod! You can just as well mod the change yourself.

So I've gotten Kaiserreich to show up in my Availible Mods in JSGME, but when I try to activate it it starts then pops up as not responding.

The Post-War Occupied France events for Germany don't work. They trigger allright, but they don't create France.
Ok, now it says "Activated", but when I try to play it, it still comes up as Doomsday.

Well, it does work, the thing is, my HoI only works when I insert the disk and play from there.
When I try the icojn everything goes fine until I hit Single Player. THe nsome error pops up, when I hit ignore it just CTD's.
But when I play form the disk it goes to normal Doomsday.
I'd reaklly like to play this mod, but I have no clue how to fix this problem,. as it dates from before I installed Kaiserreich.

He dies in 41 and Willy the third takes over along with a small dissent-hit, that's it IIRC.Zauberfloete said:

Yes, I've tried that too. It works the same as if I use the shortcut.
The best I've gotten so far is to have it running, but I sitll have all the old flags and countries. Example is that MittelAfrika is the Gongo, and Royalist France is Vichy France.

Even when you start the 'Kaiserreich' scenario?
I had similar problems earlier, but they disappeared upon re-installing. Sorry that I can't do more to help.
