There are still CTDs after applying the hotfix.

When are the CTDs happening? Can you post the savedebug or history file?

I applied the hotfix beta3b and i solved my problem as you know; but now the U.S elections events which triggers the 2.American Civil War don’t fire. It should fire in 1936 but they never fire. Is that normal?
(I applied the hotfix to the Kaiserreich folder in the Mods folder and i applied it to original folders in the Doomsday folder.) ( I mentioned earlier, but i see these three messages whenever i start a game:
---missing event database: db/events/KAISERREICH/USA/surrenderacw.txt,
---missing event database: db/events/KAISERREICH/WW2/Captures.txt
---scenario file had error---

Is it possible for one of these missing events to cause this problem? How can I solve it?

Could you upload skins pack on a different server than megaupload - I cannot download it for some unknown reasons...

So my game with the Commune of France is going well. However, the whole "international socialist revolution" aspect doesn't seem to be working. What do i mean?
1. Bengal. Bengal gets into a war with the princely federation and delhi. the bengalis were present at the international (at least i think they were). so why isn't there an event to help them with supplies or even an alliance?
2. CSA. The syndicates revolted, and yet they didn't like me. this is after i promised them help in the international. so why isn't there an event for me to help them during their war with the USA? like seriously.
3. The CNT. During the international I promised support to the CNT. so why wasn't there a spanish civil war at all? i even massed my troops on the borders in preparation to help them. but nothing.
4. i think that the union of britain needs to have one foreign policy course that enables it to enter a war with ireland. this would be the way for it to end its isolationism.

but all in all its a really really good mod.

That is because the mod is still in beta and isnt completed yet.

Lord Salerne: If you are using JSMGE, see if no files in your original HoI folders are copy-protected. The missing event databases should have no effect on the ACW.

If the problem persists, try to make a clean install of Kaiserreich.
Also, apply the hotfix only to the Kaiserreich folder, NOT the vanilla HoI folder.

We are currently working on version BetaIV for Kaiserreich, but in a future version we're planning on expanding the concept for the Internationale. Condition- flags will determine the decisions made during the first congress of the Internationale, more support for the Syndicalist nations be added, and a second congress will be included that might expand the Internationale as an alliance. As for the American civil war and spanish civil war: the SCW has currently a bug, which prevented it from firing. If people are interested, I can offer a hotfix. Also a new ACW setup has been made for BetaIV, and a new SCW is being worked on.

I did everything you said: I made a clean install of Kaiserreich and i applied the hotfix only to the Kaiserreich folder but i still have the same problem. I was able to see the American Civil War events before applying the hotfix but now the ACW events don't fire. I have to apply the hotfix because it solved my problem with the savegames. Every way, i have problems
it seems i have to play without the American Civil War events for now.i don't know how can we solve it?

I am also interested in Spanish Civil War hotfix. Can you post the link?
When will you release the BetaIV? Maybe it can solve my problem with ACW events.

Strange... check again if no files in your HoI folders are copy protected...


While I don't like giving out files and hotfixes piecemeal, here's the fix for the spanish civil war. Put it into your Kaiserreich folder.

BetaIV should be released in a while, but there's no precise date yet. The new version is supposed to play a lot better and balanced, with a lot of new content. Good thinks take a while.

Before extracting the kaiserreich mod, i copied my doomsday folder so that i can play both the vanilla doomsday and kaiserreich mod at the same time. I am using JGSME, i activated the mod by using it. I didn't encounter any problems while i was copying doomsday. I guessed that was enough to understand that a file has copy-protection. It seems i was wrong. How can i learn that a file has copy protection?

Hi, guys - it's me again. I'm trying to make a brand new set of EU3 shields and flags for Kaiserreich (some of the old ones are not really well made), but there is one problem - I can't find source images for AUS and UoB flags anywhere... Does anyone have them?

Use Jsm??? Now what its called or just copy the files and paste it into your Hoi2 directory.

How soon untill the next version? I want to play again, but the previous version had alot of issues (biggest one being USA cvil war would never fire..)

Mark the flies, then click the right button on your mouse, then selectproperties. There you can switch off the copy protection for files.

Sorry, I don't know where these could be located, thex were made before I joined the team. You could have a look around this topic, or maybe send a PM to Sarmatia1871, maybe he still has them.

Download JSGME, put it into the Doomsday folder. Put the Kaiserreich files into a folder called MODS, put this folder in the Doomsday folder. Then use JSGME.

It will be done when it's done. We're currently putting a lot of work into improving the balance, fixing bugs, and adding new content. Give us a bit more time, and we'll try to get a result as good as possible.
