Turkestan does not check whether it is a puppet of russia when it checks for "this is merely first step in rebuilding the caliphate" when the alash orda lands that petitioned to be absorbed by russia are given to the now puppet turkestan. I guess it makes sense in a long term way, but looks pretty poor from a political standpoint. Maybe if that is the case (turkestan is a puppet of Russia) it should look south and west for the territories to "rebuild the caliphate"
Russia still does not decrease army size when you go full professional by choosing the german land doctrine tree
The ai of puppets seems to be not willing to attack.
[Germany and puppets] and [austro-hungary (united) and puppets] are allied
They are fighting a war on the side of croatia (aus puppet against greece, romania and serbia
Austria is doing all the lifting
everyone is doing air
poland and ukraine are sitting across from undefended romania provinces and ignoring them
for maybe a year now
the czechs have a ton of divisions sitting inside the sudeterland
I suspect it is because the puppets are using not having enough raw materials. I feed mine, but ai is not smart enough.

Wasn't Sicily conquered by the Moors at one point? I seem to remember that's why Normans settled it...
Something I noticed with the latest Beta: Canada discovers oil over and over again, is not at > 200 oil in that one province.
Seems like that bug is reported every beta version and nothings done. I've just gone and fixed it now, thanks for pointing out its still around.

I was just reading about some of the people teased out of American history for the CSA. Quite interesting folks. Haywood, especially, after noting his views on the South being ordained for a African-American-Communist revolt. It is rather fun to Wiki these random socialists and such from American history.

Perhaps it was aimed at "previous administration" in general. Occasionally Kibbles uses somewhat "political" way of arguing. This seems to be one such occasion.
