So,I suppose defeat events are ready for version 1.00? Last time i had this mod running,i loved it but the lack of crucial events killed it for me...I am certain this wont be the case now...Good job people
Some of the areas of content we really focused on is Victory and Defeat, the World War and the Third International.
Whats already done in those areas is annexation events for most European countries, Bitter Peace events for Russia by Japan, France and Germany, capitulation and partioning of Germany by France and Russia and partioning of the Union of Britain by Germany and France, as well as liberation events for France and stuff along those lines.
Hopefully, we'll be seeing the Canadians making assaults in Scotland, something I'm still trying to perfect.
The USA, The Combined Syndicates and America First have a lot more content, and the war will last much longer now (from the few tests I've done)
One new feature will be the First, Second and Third Congresses of the Third International. All the Socialist, Syndicalist and Bolshevik countries will meet for a Congress where a decision is made about either Consolidating Syndicalism, Spreading Syndicalism or destroying The Central Powers or the Entente. There is a chance the Socialists may walk-out from the Congress, causing a split with England and the Socialsts forming their own alliance and France and the Syndicalists are left to defeat Germany on their own. I thought it might have been overly ambitious at first, but its coming out nicely.
I wouldnt say "dramticaly improve China," there are events for the Unification of China, few events for Chinese countries and events for the Taking of Cities but its not as fleshed out as promised. We had to prioritize, and China and Japan were put lower on the list (Japan for other reasons, The Ottomans were moved to the bottom, so they'll not much new content)
There are over 200+ AI events and over 150+ new AI Files, something that was really missing from the previous versions.
The cause of WWII should be a little unpredictable, so you'll have to be ready. Its not like vanilla, where you know exactly who you might be fighting and when.
The German political events wont be done, but will be disabled till Sarmatia gets back and has time to complete them. They were supposed to be the corner stone of the mod, but we'll have to do without them for now.
1.0 may have its bugs and errors, but we're hoping to get a patch out within 1-2 weeks of release that addresses all of them.
1.0 will be out no later than the 5th of September.
