I do hate to be a jerk, but the earlier constructive posts about it got no responses at all. If it takes a jerk to get your attention, then fine. Who would willingly be nice and docile about it if everyone before him who asked the same question was ignored? You gave me an answer, so I thank you for that.

And I'm also tired of people being straight up arrogant pricks, thinking that just because the mod is free they can just flat-out ignore people who choose to play their mod over all the other ones that are out there.

As to my other point, I still think it's a good idea that some kind of support foundation be created either on the wiki or the mod forums so you don't have people (like me) constantly asking the same question. Sure, we can search through enormous threads for an hour or two, but that's time taken away from actually playing the mod.

First of all we don't ignore all the comments!!! But what would you do, if look at the past posts, if tens of people ask the same question all over again!!! Even with an answer given recently!?

Also, as Schutzstaffel said before this is a voluntary mod, so people have their RL! IF you don't like how we handle some bugs, then why don't you just give as a hand or constructive critic!

In my two initial quick peaks did not feature any events for Austria up to ca. Feb 1937, is that intended? i gathered there was a bunch of interesting Ausgleich effents, somewhere?

Austria does not seem to have much in the way of admirals or generals (1 admiral, 1 air force marshal). I should be able to help, at least with names+ references, any interest? If so, where to post?

Is there a Backstory / Event thread that can be contributed to?

About "ignoring questions", I'd like to remind everybody that not only the mod team members have a private life, with school, university, and/or work, but also that we are a very decentralised team, that only meets in the internet, and with every member working on his own specialised subjects and areas of the mod.

This means, in the end, that not every member knows the answer to every question, or that the team member that knows the answer has commitments in real life. Us not answering questions does not mean that we do not appreciate our mod's fans, or that we do think of ourselves as high and might.

The Ausgleich events should start at some point in mid 1937, things will get quite turbulent for Austria- Hungary at that point. For a furture version, we think about retooling and expanding the Ausgleich a bit. You can join the discussion in our forum, if you like.

That would be great! Admirals for Austria are really needed. Judgeing from your signature, you worked for the "Alle Erde ist Österreich Untertan mod", right? We are always looking for new modders, simply visit us at our community, and have a look around the topics.

In retrospect, I see that my posts were too harsh. I had spent about an hour searching through this thread and the mod forums looking for the answer to my problem, only to find, as I said before, a number of questions like mine that went unanswered. I do indeed understand that you all have lives which obviously take priority, and that not all of you have the same knowledge about every aspect of the mod. To be honest, I just wanted some acknowledgment instead of risking the possibility that my question might also be overlooked. As you can probably tell, I had a poor first image of the developers when I posted.

Please understand that this is one of the most entertaining mods I've played thus far and I do hope to help out however I can.

That kinda depends on the Russian events. It might work, if the Tsardom is restored and it would be like a second Holy Alliance, but without Prussia(of course)

I will see if I can contribute something meaniful to the forums.

On Russia-Austria; I think that a re-instated Romanov dynasty could quickly have better relations with Austria, as traditionally was the case - however only for a massive hit with relations on Germany. Maybe there could be an event for "Resurrect the Three Emperor Alliance?", where Austria can chose to persue a simple alliance with Russia or the old tripple alliance with germany included.

Im Austria. But I am not sure the Magyars want to be independent events works as they should. I pushed for war and so did they ("fight") yet we got no war. I just got -200 with them but no war.

On July 30th, 1938, the game crashes after some event comes up about the Combined Syndicates of America, and the US turns red like the CSA color. First of all how can I fix this and also what happened in the game? The CSA was losing, didn't even have their original territory!
