can that not be fixed: that the trigger when sicily not exists and that italian federation owns all the provs of it? and offset 1, then it will happen very fast. i also had the problem so i added them manually.
and only germany gets the event to give sicily back to italy. but in my game austria is very fast and annex them but i have to buy the provs (just cheat) and wait for the event, please make the same event for austria.

The trigger is simply that the Italian Federation must control all the provinces of Southern Italy.
The offset is set to 250, that means that the event can happen randomly between 1 and 250 days since when the triggers are fullfilled. This is wanted, it means to simulate the time it takes for the Italian Federation to establish its control over the provinces of the former Socialist Republic of Italy. It takes time to establish control and quell the unrest and this offset wants to simulate that.
Are you asking for an event where that fires if the Italian Federation exists and Austria annexed the Socialist Republic of Italy and in the event Austria gives the provinces of Southern Italy to the Italian Federation?

Yes, but in Kaiserreich usually the cores represent the people accepting a government's rule. And with ACW I was referring to the Second American Civil War. For example, USA loses the cores on the areas of CSA, AUS and PSA and regains them only some time after their victory.

I really like the concept of a split in the Internationale between the Union of Britain and the Commune of France except that, uh...er...there doesn't seem to be a good reason WHY the split should happen. I proposed one way, where France tries to interfere in the government of the Union of Britian, forcing the UoB to leave, except that way was torpedoed by ^_AC_^ , who argued that the Commune of France leads the Internationale military alliance, and not syndicalism.
So, er, I don't see any way the UoB and the CoF could dislike each other...even if a left-wing schism is cool.
EDIT: To be clear, I like a split, but I don't have a good reason for one. Any ideas?

i also dont use firefox, i dont know why people like it so much, it is not better then Explorer or Opera.
i tought african colonial war, mittelafrika against portugal. if one of the countries win (CSA AUS) they also get cores just after the war or some days after it, i had that with the AUS. and USA never wins. only if you play it by yourself.

Hi everybody. I decided to post some questions about this mod:
1) Are there alot of events for such countries like for instance Milttelafrica, CSA, Ukraine?
2) what is the date for world war 2 in this game?
3) Are there many events of defeats, peace treaties and victory spoils. And I mean not only "historical" but also ahistorical events on this topic. Let me explain: for example Russian allied itself with germany in WW2 and occupied british isles. Will be there an events "Russian defeats Union of the Britain" and then get some territorial spoils.
Mittelafrica and Ukraine probably do not have events after 1940s. The CSA might have some more.
If you are looking for countries with many events you can try Russia, Germany, Commune of France, Qing Empire, Canada.
Wouldn't you like to know? It fires at random, there are different paths that lead to war, but it will probably happen at the beginning of 1940.
The event you mentioned does not exists. Germany and CoF have many peace events. Russia, Canada and the American states (USA, CSA, AUS, PSA) have some. If you want to know about specific peace/treaty events feel free to ask.
Here are the events I remember:
- German victory over CoF, UoB, Spain (KoS, CS and CNT-FAI), Italian Federation, perhaps Austria, broken event with Russia. Treaties with Japan and United Kingdom;
- Commune of France victory over Germany, Poland, Italian Federation, Austria and other European countries;
- CSA or UoB victory over Canada;
- Canadian victory over UoB and liberation of United Kingdom (beautiful event chain).
- PSA vs Mexico peace events
- La Plata vs Brazil peace events
- Italian Federation vs Socialist Republic of Italy
- UoB occupation of Ireland
- South Africa vs Mittelafrika
and many more than I can't remember.
