1 - Yes I am expanding rapidly as my aim is to get as big as possible as quick as possible (well as much as BB will allow, trying to do it the low (BB) cost way), plus while Murad II is alive its all too tempting, not that it would stop me if he wasnt

. All money has been spent building armies and some galleys.

2 - Bad Boy is only 10.5 at the 1st Jan 1449 (end of next post). I have only taken core provs(no BB), Cyrenaica is the only exception(2 BB). Only annexed Byzantium(4 BB). Breaking truces doesnt give any BB, only minus 5 stability. Istanbul is of vital importance/benefit and the couple of stability it cost were replaced with the events you get for taking it

. The other BB are from the declarations of war (all with CBs)... minus the great work of the Sultans administration (7) = low BB.
