Seriously, though, great thanks for the award and for all your congratulations. It's better than the first time I had a showcase (way back in early 2003, if memory serves, with "The Catholic King") when they actually moved the AAR. That caused a bit of a panic at first.

Again, thank you to El Pip for the showcase. Now, I believe I'm a day early, but I'll ignore that fact and make my nomination anyway. Since we haven't had an EU2 AAR here for a while, and there's a really good EU2 AAR that hasn't been nominated for this yet, that made it very easy:

As you can tell from the name, this takes place during the Hussite Wars. The AAR follows Pavel, a former farmhand who was swept up in the fervor of 1419. TeeWee's characterization is already working wonderfully, not only with Pavel but the others.

Thank you for this award! As you may know, this is my first AAR and it means a lot to me that it gets noticed in a crowd which already has so many AARs to choose from. This really motivates me to keep on writing even though my pace has slowed down a lot lately.
My sincere and deep gratitude also to my regular readers. Comments and recognition do really spur me along.
