    There is a good chance I might not be able to use the internet tomorrow, so I'll go ahead and put my candidate in before I disappear.

    I've been lurking on MajorMayhem's "Supermacy of the BeAAR", which has a fascinating premise to me. I haven't read much HoI3 aars that go beyond the WW II time frame and Major discusses both the game play and the "universe" he has set it in- two important aspects of HoI aars imo.
