I noticed that von Francois and von Bulow (German leaders) don't appear with picture when you start the game, although their pictures are in files, and there is picture "link" in excel file. Maybe there is some spelling error.

Possibly due to the umlaut and the cédille in their names.

Foch and Brusilov still have skill 5. I will reduce Brusilov's skill since I will edit the Russian file anyway. Allenby, you could deal with Foch.

I've also noticed other differences in leader skills between TGW (at least the version I have) and the download package. For example: Haig has skill 4 (while he had skill 3 in TGW), the same is with von Seeckt, Hindenburg lacks the Old Guard trait, Moltke has skill 2 (he had skill 3) and so on. I would like to know is that a new state, updated from TGW, or is it a remnant of some older TGW version which should be changed?

The 1914 lists for France and Germany were compiled from older versions of the TGW list, giving me the task of finding the omissions and correcting them!

A question regarding leader deathyears:

How should I treat deaths which are not caused by nature? I guess I should put Samsonov's deathyear in some later date, and in scenarios that start later than the date of his suicide "dormant leaders" line should be used.

What about leaders which are killed by the enemy? Like Ruzsky (shot) or Kornilov (killed in battle)?

I think we agreed to the following formula:

- Officers who die of natural causes or commit suicide should be given an appropriate death date.
- Officers killed in action should be allowed to live until the end of the game.

OK, that means I should put Samsonov's death date in 1915. Although one can argue that it wouldn't be logical to lose Samsonov if Russians win the Battle of Tannenberg.
