    As discussed in the Cleaning up ENG thread and summarized at the very bottom of post #3, several events should be deleted from the "AGCEEP_Specific_England.eue" file.

    Long-ago-agreed-upon-but-never-implemented-change:

    Remove the "command = { type = secedeprovince which = POR value = 659 }" line from the "a" and "c" choices in "The Closure of China" even 3704. Macao was not nearly significant enough to warrant ownership of all of Guangdong province.

    Agreement on this can be found by searching the archives in the Far East and Iberian threads.

    Mentioned here

    event 325003 (UZB) should add the line "command = { type = removecot which = 1592 } # Samarkand.

    The Uzbeks need the COT to do what they are supposed to do, and two cots in Central Asia is too many.

    6 flavour events for the Ottomans originally dug up from EEP in May. Feedback taken care of, usable ID's and parsed. The Ottomans should have their own flavour event file now when they finally get some events.

    AQU's tag reasignment

    As discussed in the old tag thread and summarized in post #179, the tag AQU should be unreserved for Guyenne. The present holder should be moved to a userdefined tag. Note that post #179 is not intructions on building a Guyenne country, as before we do that, we need to unreserve their tag first.

    ORL's tag reassignment

    As discussed in the old tag thread and summarized in post #198, 'Banjar' - as listed as inhabiting tag ORL in AGCEEP's "text.csv" file, should be assigned a user-defined tag, thus freeing the ORL tag. Khephren, IIRC, was working on some of the discrepancies found with this tag and the AQU tag, and the tag lists, so he my have already implemented the proper changes, though I'm not sure. PM me for any news or clarifications on ORL and AQU tags.

    Comment in the appropiate thread.

    In most cases I think it's better to bring up the case for submission in the thread were the proposal was made, especially if the idea was brought up only a few days ago. Otherwise we might end up with a lot more submissions here and extra work to sort out the ones that are really finished and ready to be included from the ones that just wasn't commented on in the first few days. Just my personal view though.

    From the Random events thread, starting from page 188.

    Add the bold to all the events belonging to the Italian engineer series.

    event = {
    id = 910073 # Paradox 1063
    random = yes
    trigger = {
    year = 1450
    continent = europe
    domestic = { type = offensive value = 3 }
    NOT = { year = 1600 }
    NOT = { countrysize = 9 }
    }
    name = "EVENTNAME_A21"
    desc = "EVENTHIST_A21"
    style = 0
    action_a = {
    name = "EVENT_A21_B"
    command = { type = vp value = 5 }
    }
    action_b = {
    name = "EVENT_A21_A"
    command = { type = cash value = -50 }
    command = { type = domestic which = offensive value = -1 }
    command = { type = fortress which = -1 value = 1 }
    }
    }

    To make myself clear, change ALL of the "italian engineer" events ie
    910073, 920073, 930073, 940073, 950073, 910074, 920074, 930074, 940074 and 950075.

    All other values can remain the same as they are.

    Italian Leaders

    Link here , starting from post 153. Basically I've reworked the leaders for all iItalian states. There are about 120 leaders, the big Italian states (Milan, Tuscany, Venice, Papacy, Naples) will usually have at least one leader. There are events to remove Montecuccoli, and Farnese from Austria and Spain if they do abysmally badly and give them to Modena and Parma respectively. Naples now decides between Angevin and Aragonese heirs in 1420 and gets abysmal relations with one of it's neighbours.

    I've tested it multiple times with no adverse effects yet.

    edit: Jester, PM or email me and I'll send you the files.

He brought with him some children of New Christians, who were taken away from their parents to make them become better christians. Convicts were sent to the island as well. In addition to these arrivals settlers of Sao Thome traded with Africans on the coast of Guinea to obtain slaves to work their new plantations. Sao Thome then became the main exporter of sugar to Europe until Brazil was settled."

    I'll send out a mail about it today as well. We have discussed it here for some time without being able to reach an agreement:
    http://www.europa-universalis.com/fo...3&page=2&pp=25 it's in a lot of posts, but posts 50-57, 64-69 will cover the main parts.
    I'm interested in a vote for this since the issues are, in my opinion, what constitutes a colony (first event), and how much help should we give in colonising (second event). My view is that the added population in the first event makes a colony of Nouakchott. The second event would perhaps open the door to several country specific events for colonies that will make colonisation much more rapid and static. Or is it just a single event to help Portugal in an acceptable way? This vote doesn't settle any general rule, I just want to highlight it (I wanted that first vote anyhow) since it will have wide implications if done for other colonisers.

    If it's not too late please add these changes to the 1.33.

    Change the "Native Tolerance Value" of Senegal(5) and Dakar(6) to 3

    Change the "Difficulty for Colonization" of Senegal(4) and Dakar(4) to 5

    The reasons for why are given in this thread=

    I would like the HC to vote on the following change:

    The issue to be voted upon is simply whether potential difficulties with Russia encountering Mongolia should be addressed by the changes last posted by doktarr post #131 link discussion of them started at post 35.

    Certainly the discussions have been drawn out too long, all arguments about the main proposal has been pretty much exhausted and nobody has really made an argument about the main issues for several weeks now, and we have moved very much away from discussing the merits of the main proposal and further and further into off topic, or even spam, territory. Other HC votes have been raised at a much earlier stage. We should get things moving again.

    EDIT: actually I didnt notice that the earlier version of the event (post 81) is already implemented. This properly should not have been done bcoz that version was still under discussions and there was no HC vote. In any case I am asking the HC to vote on the newest version post #131.

    Late 15th c. - Italian Wars French leaders

    As discussed here: a revised set of French leaders for the late 15th c. and Italian Wars period. There has been relatively sparse discussion, essentially Issac Brock and myself, but since we seem to be largely in agreement and no one else objects, the time is ripe.

    Yes, sorry - at the end of my previous post, after the list of new leaders, is a list of three leaders who ought to be removed. Actually, two of those three are modified and the new version included in the "add" list , while Bayard is out entirely.
