    Encyclopedia Warspite-Japan AAR

Yet another idea i have been wanting to try for an aar. This writing style will incorperate some of what i started on the italy aar. If you look into the back of your game manual, you will see the short histories of major nations of the period. That is what i intend to recreate here with the simple, basic Encyclopedia style aar. Much like you saw in the Ethiopia aar if you read that one. Ill be small on details but as detailed as much as possible on the main events , now if you made sence of what i just said, please ENJOY!

Man, I am amazed! I would have thought you had your hands full with the Italy aar, but I see you are starting up all kinds of threads and games. A real glutton for punishment, I think.

warspite, you're nuts How am I supposed to be able to read 4 different aars of yours at once, plus the other ones I read? And, you know, I want to play EU too! It's not fair
Addicted to EU all over again... hooray expansions!

I look forward to seeing how this goes. I think in 2.0 the fortresses in China are only medium, so you might be able to put some hurt on them earlier. I'm using a later version of IGC and I think I'll be doing alot of exploring before I ever get strong enough to take on China.

    Good luck!:^)

How do you keep up with all of these AAR's? I'll be waiting and reading with interest.

Be Careful when you start the game I think that Japan has a army of around 600,000 men and it will suffer alot of attrition and cost you alot of money.

Since you play as Japan do you have control of japan getting closed?

yeah i like xanadus idea, we are going to be seeing him posting the update for japan on the italy aar and the sweden update on the japan aar and before you know it, there will be ethiopians ruling italy, swedes as shoguns of japan, italians will have atlast conquered ethiopia and japanese girls will have invaded sweden 400 years early hehe, the possibilities are endless warspite, man you are a master at this stuff or what, how do you think it up

better yet where do you get all that time ???

make it a good one anyways, if these are anything as good as your italy aar, ill be happy.

It is an historical event, thereby non-controlable.

Carolus Rex - on the embargo... at least you'll get all kinds of shiny happy CB's to others... which makes them more agressive, which, an astute poster has already noticed, actually makes the game easier (defensive wars are better on the country... right?)

Hey Ariel, well it looks like i bit off more than i could chew aye, the japan aar is temporarily on hold until i get my self a bit orginized here. I want to finish the ethiopia aar, and focus on the sweden aar a bit, but as always i am knee deep in the italy aar.

No worries though, rest assured i will be getting this baby running in due time. Now if i can just find the notes for this aar under this pile of papers and notepads.......CRRRAAAAAAssssHHHHHH!!!! oh well more cleaning to do now
    What a Game!

warspite, I'm looking forward to the beginning of this one, though I can understand that your hands are kind of full. I'll bet this will be easier than the Ethiopia one...

dont count on it hehe, i am playing as realistic as possible in these aar games i play, im not one to just command and conquer as much as i can, i want to put some drama, realistic expectations into it. so i got my can whooped already by china, but my mistake, its early, in 1494 so plenty of time, you will see. iiiiisssss goooood

    later

hey if i get 100 posts on here before i start the aar, i promise to lick lord durhams feet (promise is nullified if i die)hehe
    What a Game!
