I have figured out a few of the cheats if any one is interested.

Type the name of the resorce in to the F12 box and you get 100 of it.

Eg type small_arms in to the box and you get 100 small arms.

leadership gives you leadership points

event 24037 - gives you a tech
event 23100 - gives you a commie revolution
event 23102 - gives you a right wing coup
event 24012 - a free rail track
event 24020 - improves you relations with about four countries

If anyone wants to add to this list I will be interested in what you have found out.

It says not to look unless your a cheat so why not. EUII and HOI forums have the cheats up, so why not victoria?

event 24017 - young men rally to the flag; free infantry divsion (still comes out of your manpower though)

event 24018 - young men rally to the flag and they brought their own horses!; free dragoon division (still costs a division worth of manpower though)

event 24019 - young nobles don't relaise how good they have it and sign up for the army; free calavry divison (once again correspoding manpower is removed from your pool)

if you type a certain recource you get some quantity of it.
like artillery, and cement, but i can't figure out small arms though,
I tried everything like: small; small arms; smallarms; arms, SmallArms, nothing is working
maybe i should try guns, i think that might work.

small_arms, you need to use underscore, ie _ is a space

FullControl = CTD during battles

Manpower = rarely works well

NOREVOLTS = doesn't work

Anyone got a research one?

event 24025 xxx - where "xxx" is the tag for the nation that will get the event. It destroys a random factory. I'm using it every now and then on Austria(AUS) when their industry becomes too unhistorical

If I remember correctly:

event 300-400 techs for the army(or "org" events)
event 400-500 same thing for fleets

this goes up to 800....

actually, IIRC, 100-160something is army
200-260something is navy
300-360something is commerce
400-440something is culture
500-556 is industry.

It means that the game won't pause when you get events. For easier handsoff games.

I tried Manpower and didn't find any problems with it. Of course as far as I understand it it only adds manpower up to your current manpower limit. So if you are already at the limit it won't do anything.
