This event is not needed in case Milan holds Corsica following the historical sequence, MLO_228042 will then give Corsica back to Genoa at the correct date.

If Milan owns Kerch, then Genoa was certainly diplo-annexed, so the event may still fire regardless of MLO_228038 since the sequence has gone ahistorical anyway.


And while we're at it, a minor typo in the description:
Milan didn't solve the problems with the administration of Genoa as the new doge didn't seem to acknowledge Sforza's lordship over Genoa, instead he followed a policy of partnership with Milan without acknowledging the Duke as suzerain.

I know it was decided to push back the deathdate of this event after Cao's death, but I still think the event should not fire before Cao has had an opportunity to find Kongo.
 
About post #48: default starting relations between Alsace and Burgundy should be 125 without modifier (core, etc...). Setting relations under 125 means less than default.

Is there a specific reason why BRI and PRO are the only countries in the area not starting with infra 1 and a tax collector in their capital? If there isn't, I would suggest to add them.
 
Just discovered something that might interest people around here, especially Bordic. ;)

I was playing Portugal, having CAS and ARG in my alliance when suddenly Naples was asking for my support against Hungary. Turned out that Naples, as a vassal of Aragon, had entererd my alliance by event. I have tested it and here it goes: the alliance command does work towards a vassal even if the liege is not the leader of its alliance.

This would fit better in Norrefeldt's post, but seeing as he hasn't been around lately, I post it here for now.
