If anyone does it, that will be great... My Vic version doesn't have a template for flags (that's the one they sell in Russia, right). Could you please make the Imperial Russian flag, as the current tricolor only went official in 1889, and having it at the start of GC is quite inaccurate. Something like the one below, but without small coats of arms (except the red in the middle):
