Okay, I've been trying to keep my inflation low. I keep it to between .05 and .1 per year, depending on the immediate need for cash. This has allowed me to remain at the bottom of the power pool in terms of inflation, which I think is a good thing.

However, last time I checked inflation among the powers, I saw something most disconcerting. All of *their* inflations were going down. Fast. We're all on trade/infrastructure tech level 2, so it isn't Governors that they're building. So what are they doing to drop inflation, and how do I do it too?

Simple. Inflation is the one thing AI cheats with.
