In early 1935, France suddenly declares war on Germany and the Allies go on the offensive... Then the USSR DoWs Germany and Poland, Republican Spain joins the Allies -- around the time of the Spanish Civil War, Republican Spain just gets a Victory! Event and the Nationalists never even form... Italy declares war on the Soviet Union apart from the Axis.

So by 1937, Germany has steamrolled France AND Spain, so now there's a fascist Spanish State as a German puppet, Poland is entirely owned by the Soviets, and Austria and Czechoslovakia are still untouched. Anyone else ever seen something odd like that?]]></description>

I defeated Russia as Germany, Germany as Russia, Germany as France in WW1, won WW1 as Austria and made giant Balkan Empire with Romania but i just can't do it. I can't defeat them if I have 90 units, and China has 200. I bomb them, block their coasts, I have better technology but still, they just spam me to death and Manchuko puppet is useless. 			<description><![CDATA[I've seen germany pull off successful barbarosas starting with 0 oil.  In my current game as GER, I'm fighting USSR who has no oil (I've captured caucus mountains) and it doesn't even make a difference. 

Even tanks can fight effectively without oil, which is kind of crazy.  What is a -20%(might be remembering wrong, is it 25%?) penalty when you get +10% from panzer leader on top of any other bonuses?]]></description>

It is very easy for a German or Russian player mobilize early and build hugely Ic
The German player must fully mobilize if it is war against the Russian, then it will meet the Historical oob approximately 250 divs if he can mobilize tatoalement it gives 300 divs June 41 when he attacked the Russian
The Russian also can not have the ability to mobilize if there is war such as war in Finland but when he is at peace he must finish its mobilization as does ia.
The player uk, italian, can not partially mobilize if they are at war and should fully mobilize if they, for example less than 50 mp
The same American player, it could partially mobilized if the pearl harbor event happens, it is like if he total mobilization - 50 pm

The Japanese player himself can not mobilized if there is war against china, and must be forced to demobilize when he won in China

The Ia respect that the Human player must also meet this

Endless hordes of them roam the waters during wartime for no apparent reason, getting mowed down by naval bombers and by occasional surface fleet which promptly gets mauled by bombers too. 
It doesn't looks like AI uses them for transporting units, as there are more of them sailing than divisions in coastal provinces and they do it too erratically.]]></description>

I play TRP mod and I am kind of lazy using old autosave to prepare again for Fall Weiss. So I created a little event to reinforce my westwall front. But for any reason this event crashes my game. I guess I did an error but don't know where. Maybe anybody might repair my event? 			<description><![CDATA[I thought of this from reading the ship upgrade thread. What about doing a CV model modifier % for CAG? An additional line in the CV model that affects the power of the attached CAG brigade.
There are a couple of sort of easy to implement things I would think:

1. A flat modifier that goes up with every CV model. This models the bigger more powerful later CV's that hold a larger CAG, without tying the stats to the CV model itself. This would upgrade smoothly and be really easy to understand. CV 1 is X% of CAG, CV 2 is 1.5X%, etc. The numbers aren't particular, that would have to be balanced of course.

2. A referential modifier, that compares CV model number to CAG model number. A modern CAG on an early CV should be penalized, while an early CAG on a modern CV should be a boost. Here I mean just the effect of the CAG, it is tiny on small CV but big on a modern CV. This models a big gap between CV and CAG tech better than option 1, but I don't think it is that likely an issue.

Any thoughts on this? Would it be good game play wise? Is it even possible in engine?]]></description>

This models a big gap between CV and CAG tech better than option 1, but I don't think it is that likely an issue.<br />

I always asked myself why is the Head of Government of the U.S., Harry L. Hopkins? Shouldn't it be the Vice President, the HoG of the U.S.? Like John Nance Garner from 1933 to 1941 and Henry A. Wallace from 1941 to 1945? If I remember correctly the HoG for the U.S. was actually the Vice President in HoI 2.
