			<description><![CDATA[Because I'm lazy I have done a program that takes a leader list file and tell's me what leader I have to assign to each HQ.
It's a simple program that adds all the traits and see if a leader is better than other to that position.
But I need to tell what's better and what's not so I came to this list:

Because I'm a newbie and I have little knowledge I'm asking for your help to do a better list.
My way of think is how much I need to increase a trait to be equal to the best trait. So if the theater trait was 4 times better it would be better than Battle Master.
It doesn't need to be in a 0 to 1 scale but it helps.
Old Guard is negative because it's a negative trait and I taken attention to the fact that doesn't propagate (and trickster too).

			<description><![CDATA[I have never really used nukes and don't research them because I find my wars are over far before they would come into play.  However, I am always looking to try new things.  So I am currently playing a game is Germany where I am rushing nuke and missile tech.

As I get nukes, what do I do with them?  To be honest, I don't even know what their effect is.  Do they kill enemy troops?  Just take out IC?  What should I do?]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[I'm pretty Bad when it comes to War in Paradox Games, but I've always Managed to Defeat The AI. But I Recently Downloaded Semper Fi Just because it had Fonts Of the Countries on the map, and the Arcade Mode. In the Vanilla HOI 3, the Axis to me was difficult, but not Impossible to Defeat. I always play as the USA In HOI 3 and every other Paradox game that has the USA. 

Semper Fi: 

I knew AI was going to be upped, but not to the level I was expecting. The Axis AI is Almost Impossible, every Axis ! It was Difficult to Defeat Portugal with Marines ! If I had trouble with Portugal, Italy and Germany would be Impossible. In Vanilla, Portugal was a Cakewalk. 

In the Pacific Campaign, I had equal Amounts Of Carriers, Destroyers, Subs and Battleships and the IJN would just Devastate My Fleet Sinking 2 Battleships, and I just sink one tiny little Jap Cruiser. Am I doing something wrong, my Difficulty is on Very Easy.

And my Convoy Raids Never Work, while Germany Italy and Japan can sink Unlimited Numbers Of my Ships.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[Playing a game as Italy to help me out learning the finer points of naval combat and raiding.  Mainly playing around with subs and hitting British convoys but haven't have a lot of success.  I've been building subs throughout the game.  I had great success in the Atlantic until the British Fleet came by and sunk them all, same deal in the Mediterranean.  It seems as soon as I start sinking ships the RN comes in guns a blazing and finds my subs.  Should I be pulling subs back to port after they kill a few convoys?

I just had 3 new subs finish and sent them out to raid but before they could even start the British sunk them all.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[Hey folks, I've tried searching for similar threads but nothing came up.

I'm playing HoI3 TFH, UK, and it's 1941. So far so good, I have plenty of all resources and lots of manpower, and technological development is largely historical. I was going to being building some special forces units (i.e. Ghurkas), but when I select them in the Division Build screen, the 'Begin Production' button is greyed out. I've tried a number of different combinations, and just a ghurka brigade on its own. No luck.

Then I find out the same is true of parachute brigades too!

I haven't built any of these units before in the game.

I've noticed that with neutrality way down, I can start the war with Poland immediately... so I did. UK and France and rest of Allies have dow'ed me after a few days, so I thought what the heck and annexed Denmark and Luxembourg. After Poland I'll finish off Czecheslovakia and Austria, since I figure that Anschluss and Vienna aren't going to fire if WW2 is already going on. Anyone know if this assumption is correct?
Is there anything else to look out for when starting WW2 this early? I guess with my threat way up Russia could declare war pretty early, so should I keep those borders guarded? Aside from being completely a-historical, is there any downside to starting the war this early?]]></description>
