The Seleucids have allied with Egypt and they've both been at war with Carthage for about the last 100 years give or take. Much of the time all of Carthage has been occupied, but it just never ends. Maybe the Seleucids want to occupy it all themselves? Yesterday i send a 42 unit force, with good numbers of heavy infantry, velites and bowman to Epirus to finish them of, but i lost the battle against his 24 unit force.
