Vicky2Wiki: Significant facelift underway

The Vicky2Wiki has been largely neglected since the game's release. I waited to buy the game until 9 months after it released, and only recently bought the expansion: both times I choose to wait for the discounted prices. Vicky2 is a pretty good game at this point (though strategic depth needs improvement: player control/involvement is quite limited), but after going through the Vicky2 forum posts for several months, I see some systemic issues with the community. Generally, I think that while the interest level in the game is fairly high, knowledge about the game is quite low. It is pretty striking to see how many forum posts there are with very few replies but a large number of views!
With this in mind, I've set off on overhauling the Vicky2Wiki. When I started this with the EU3Wiki many years ago, I got lucky. All I had to do was setup a rational wiki structure, clean up some clutter and set a new standard in a few places. We then had some awesome fans of the game (I don't play EU3 much) take over and run with it! Now, the EU3Wiki is the best that we have. It is a very active wiki with a really active group of guys that do outstanding work. I'm hopeful to replicate this with Vicky2, but I'm skeptical at the outset: the forum indicates a fairly low level of community involvement as it is. That said, I'm going to give it a shot.
My primary stake at this point -- the cornerstone if you will of the facelift -- are the pages dealing with POPs. What better place to start, after all?I've done some basic work so far, creating an easier to use structure, and updating some content. The POP specific types remains to be done, and I'm hoping to get some help from someone who knows Python before I do that work. I would love to hear what people think:
