How is the winner decided? - One week from today (that will be 2012-09-20) we will close submission. Your submissions best have a datestamp that is 2012-09-19 or earlier to be sure to get in the competition.

The supreme court of Paradox Interactive will then retreat to make our decision. The winner will be announced on Friday the 21st of September (2012-09-21) and he/she will be contacted by us through PM or email.
