I just couldn't stand it last night and fired up a game of VIPR as France. Played several years and had a blast! Currently working on getting a firmly established French North Africa as well as a French Haiti and planning on satelliting both Belgium and Netherlands before the 1860's, I hope, so long as it doesn't drag me into a huge war of alliances.
